If you need to give the customer manual access to a site or a page, follow the steps below:
Go to the customer’s contact record
Scroll down to the Membership sites they have access to box and click the Give manual access to a membership site link:
Select the Site you want to give the customer access to:
If you want to give the customer manual access to an additional Dripped Course, Page or Group, locate the site that s/he now have access to and click the Manage access link:
Select any Dripped Courses, Pages or Groups you want to give the customer access to:
NOTE! Giving access to a site from the contact record does not send an automatic email in any case
This will remove the contact from the membership site and remain listed as a customer of the product that originally granted them access to that membership site.
NOTE! They will still receive broadcasts sent to that product's customers.
Select Content from your Simplero Dashboard
Select Membership Sites from the dropdown menu
Choose the Membership Site
Select Members tab
Click on the contact's name to open their Membership Activity page
Select the three dots at the upper right hand corner of the page and select Delete member from the dropdown:
6. Click OK to confirm
Select Contacts from your Simplero Dashboard
Select All Contacts from the dropdown menu
Locate and click on the contact name
You'll be directed to the contact overview page
In the Purchases section, locate and click on the product where they have access to the site
You'll be directed to the Purchase page. Click the Cancel button in the Purchase summary section and click OK to confirm cancellation of purchase:
Add a Trigger to a product where you want to create a new step in your automation
Select Sales from your Simplero Dashboard
Select Products from the drop down menu
Select the product you wish to give a trigger to access
Select the Participants tab
At the top of the list once participants have been selected, click the Select action...drop-down menu and select the option to "Give access to a page or a site"
You can also set a trigger or a line in an automation that says to remove access to a site, should you want to do that.
Follow steps 1-5 above
At the top of the list once participants have been selected, click the Select action...drop-down menu and select the option to "Revoke access to a page or a site"
NOTE! Doing this means that all existing and future purchasers of the product will not have access to the membership site.
Select Sales from your Simplero Dashboard and choose Products from the dropdown menu
OR select Contacts from your Simplero Dashboard and choose Lists from the dropdown menu
Select the product/list name you want to remove access to
Select the Content tab
In the Courses and Sites section, uncheck the box next to the membership site name:
Scroll down and click the Save changes button
As soon as your contact receives access to a site, we will (by default) send them an automatic email with information about how to access their content.
