How the Trial Works

If you want to try out Simplero but aren't sure about signing up yet, then our 14-day free trial is perfect! This free trial allows you to explore everything in Simplero. It also entitles you to book a free 30-minute kick-off call with one of our experts! You can do that by clicking on the link in your dashboard:

Trial Restrictions

However, there are a few restrictions. On the trial, you won't be able to:

  • Send more than 100 emails per month - You will need to contact support to verify your account so that this restriction is lifted. You can lift it during your trial.  

  • Customize the double-opt-in emails on your list
  • Edit the source code in the WYSIWYG editor, theme code, tracking code, URL redirects, or add the script section in the page builder.
  • Upload more than 10 MB of data

  • Send text messages

Even with these restrictions, you'll still be able to test everything out and have it all set up for when you're ready to officially launch. 

Once you're ready to launch, simply activate your account under Account settingsPlan and billing. When you activate, your billing period starts, and you're officially a Simplero customer!

Please note - we don't have a "go back to trial" feature, so once you activate, you're activated.
