 Give Access to a Single Contact

  1. Select Contacts from your Simplero Dashboard
  2. Select All Contacts from the dropdown menu
  3. Locate and click on the contact name
  4. You'll be directed to the contact overview page
  5. Scroll down to the Membership sites they have access to section and click the Give manual access to a membership site hyperlink in the upper right corner of this section

  6. Choose the site you want to give access to from the pop-up menu screen

  7. If you need for any pages to drip in that site, you will now need to set that up. That can be done via an automation, broadcast, or simply select the manage access button next to the site in this same screen and select the pages. 

Remove Access for a Single Contact

  1. Select Contacts from your Simplero Dashboard
  2. Select All Contacts from the dropdown menu
  3. Locate and click on the contact name
  4. You'll be directed to the contact overview page
  5. In the Purchases section, locate and click on the product where they have access to the site
  6. You'll be directed to the Purchase page. Click the Cancel button in the Purchase summary section and click OK to confirm cancelation of purchase.

Removing/Revoking Access to only a Membership Site (not the Purchased Product)

This will remove the contact from the membership site and remain listed as a customer of the product that originally granted them access to that membership site. Note: They will still receive broadcasts sent to that product's customers.

  1. Select Content from your Simplero Dashboard
  2. Select Membership Sites from the dropdown menu
  3. Select Members tab
  4. Click on the contact's name to open their Membership Activity page
  5. Select the three dots at the upper right hand corner of the page and click Delete

   6. Click ok to confirm

Access via a Trigger or Automation

  1. Add a Trigger to a product where you want to create a new step in your automation
  2. Select Sales from your Simplero Dashboard
  3. Select Products from the drop down menu
  4. Select the product you wish to give a trigger to access
  5. Select the Participants tab
  6. At the top of the list once participants have been selected, click the Select action...drop-down menu and select the option to "Give access to a page or a site"

Removing Access via a Trigger/Automation

You can also set a trigger or a line in an automation that says to remove access to a site, should you want to do that. 

  1. Add a Trigger to a product where you want to create a new step in your automation
  2. Select Sales from your Simplero Dashboard
  3. Select Products from the dropdown menu
  4. Select the product you wish to give a trigger to access
  5. Select the Participants tab
  6. At the top of the list once participants have been selected, click the Select action...drop-down menu and select the option to "Revoke access to a page or a site"

Removing Access to a Membership Site for an Entire Product or List

Doing this means that all existing and future purchasers of the product will not have access to the membership site. 

  1. Select Sales from your Simplero Dashboard
  2. Select Products/Lists from the dropdown menu
  3. Select the product/list name you want to remove access to
  4. Select the Content tab
  5. In the Courses and Sites section, uncheck the box next to the membership site name

  6. Scroll down and click the Save changes button

 Login credentials email

As soon as your contact receives access to a site, we will (by default) send them an automatic email with information about how to access their content.

If you would like to send their login details in some other way, scroll down to "Content access" and uncheck the following box:

This setting will be presented to you on every occasion where you will be giving manual access to a site:

Note: Giving access to a site from the contact record does not send an automatic email in any case.
