Retrying Failed Charges

In your account settings, you are able to determine when and how often Simplero will automatically attempt failed charges.

  1. Select Settings from your Simplero Dashboard.
  2. Select the Products tab:

  3. Scroll down to the Retry failed charges section.
  4. Enter how many days Simplero should wait before we try to charge again and set the number of times Simplero should attempt to charge before we mark the purchase as "failed"


Note: that if a charge is marked failed it will cut off access to the content associated with that product/purchase. 

You can attempt to retry a failed charge yourself by going to the purchase directly.

  1. Select Sales from your Simplero Dashboard
  2. Select the Purchases tab:

  3. Select the Failed tab from the top menu:

  4. Select the purchase that has failed to open it. 
  5. At the bottom of the purchase summary, it will show you the failed charge. You can then click 'retry now':
