Editing an Incorrect Link in a Broadcast

Editing a link within your broadcast that was previously sent

To correct the destination link:

  1. Select Marketing from your Simplero Dashboard

  2. Select Email Broadcasts from the dropdown menu

  3. Locate and click on the Broadcast name that contains the link(s) with expiration

  4. The Broadcast Editor page will open. In the Content section.

  5. In the email Body, edit or paste the correct link for your broadcast and click the Next button to save



To correct the destination link - after it has expired:

  1. Select Marketing from your Simplero Dashboard

  2. Select Email Broadcasts from the dropdown menu

  3. Locate and click on the Broadcast name that contains the link(s) with expiration, then navigate to the Summary section.

  4. Note: You must have some kind of link(s) in the Body of your broadcast email in order for the Links box to show


  5. Scroll down to the Links box and click the Pencil icon next to the link to edit

  6. In the Edit link screen, scroll down to the Expiration section 

  7. Paste or enter the correct destination link you want your customer to be redirected after the link has expired

  8. Click the blue Save changes button
