Customizing Email Prefix and Footer in Simplero

Simplero allows you to personalize the email experience for product purchasers, participants, list subscribers, and site members by customizing both the prefix and footer of your email messages.

Email Prefix

When enabled, this setting allows you to add a custom prefix to the subject line of all emails sent to selected groups. This prefix appears at the beginning of the subject line for each broadcast email sent to these recipients.

Example: If you set the prefix to “Site Name,” each broadcast email to your site members will show a subject line like: “Site Name - Your Custom Email Subject Line.”

Custom Footer

You can also create a custom footer for specific customer groups. This footer will only display when emailing the designated group, allowing you to tailor footer content to fit the audience.

  • Start by navigating to your Sales menu.

  • Click on Products to view your full product list.

  • Select the product you want to customize.

Once you're inside the product, go to the Configure tab.

Save your changes.

Editing the Legal Footer in Emails

You might notice an additional footer at the end of your email. This is a legal footer, automatically generated by Simplero, and it cannot be edited. Including an unsubscribe option in your email footer is essential for compliance and maintaining trust with your audience. It helps prevent your emails from being marked as spam, which improves deliverability, ensuring your messages reach the inbox instead of being filtered out.

Bottom Filler Copy

In certain Simplero plans, you can also add a bottom filler copy (aka Open Rate booster) to help with your email deliverability. You can learn more about it in this guide.
