In the content section within a product, you will see a section called Refund Period.
Select Products from your Simplero Dashboard
Select the product from your list
Select the Content tab
Scroll down to the Content settings section
Turn on the Allow refunds within a certain period toggle
Here you have control over three things:
How many days after purchase a customer can request a refund
Whether or not they can download any of the content during the refund period
Whether or not they have to communicate with you to get the refund over that period
If they a refund for the purchase they can do so by going to their account and managing their purchases. On that screen, they will see the refund option.
NOTE! On the user's end, they can view content and listen to any MP3 or MP4 files from the content screen in their account. However, if you have restricted downloads, it won't give them that option until after the refund period.
