How Do I Stop My Customers Subscription Payments and Keep Their Access Open?

Basically, you'll need to remove the period end date. 

Depending on if you want to do this for an individual or all participants, follow the "how to" below. 

For an Individual Participant

  1. Select the Products from your Simplero Dashboard
  2. Select the Purchases tab
  3. Search and select the customer's name
  4. You will be directed to the customer's purchase screen
  5. Click the Edit link located on the top right corner above the billing contact information or under the Billing Contact on the right-hand side by the billing address.


  6. Scroll down to the Subscription settings section, edit the "When does the current access period end" date and click the Save changes button at the bottom of the screen.


 
For Multiple Participants in Bulk

  1. Select the Products from your Simplero Dashboard
  2. Select the Purchases tab
  3. Mark the checkbox next to the customer names. Either next to each individual or the one in the top left corner for all.


  4. Click the "Select action..." drop-down list and select the "Update period ends at..." option


  5. Select the "Current subscription periods ends" date and clear out date. Then click the Update period ends at button to save
