Survey Settings and Triggers

On your contacts - survey page, you can access the survey settings by clicking the icon on the right side of each survey. 

You can also access Survey’s settings page from inside the survey by clicking the icon at the top right corner:

You will then access a list of settings:

  • Title: the public name of the survey

  • Internal name (optional): The name on your admin side. This can help you differentiate surveys internally.

  • Labels (optional)

  • Intro text: This will be shown at the top of the survey, after the title

  • Notify when a response is submitted: Set up automatic notifications to the admins

  • Presentation: show all the questions on one page, or make it a more interactive experience by showing one question at a time.

  • Automations to start automatically when responses are submitted

  • Triggers: Add a trigger when someone submits a response. For example, send an email or assign a task to someone on the team
