WebinarJam is a popular webinar hosting application that makes it easy to set up and run webinars.
Simplero provides a simple, one-way integration that allows you to include auto-registration links in your emails to your contacts, so people can register for your WebinarJam webinars with one click – and without having to fill in their contact information all over again.
At the End of This Lesson
You’ll have WebinarJam connected to Simplero so you can insert one-click WebinarJam registration links into your Simplero emails.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Get your WebinarJam Member ID + API Key

Log in to WebinarJam

Go to My Webinars

Click Advanced next to any webinar (The API info is the same for all webinars, but you must have at least one webinar created.)

In the pop-up/modal, click API custom integration

Step 2: Add the integration in Simplero

In Simplero, go to Settings → Integrations

Find WebinarJam
-
Click +Add

Paste your Member ID and API Key

Click Add integration

✅ Your WebinarJam integration is now set up.
Step 3: Insert an auto-registration link into a Simplero email

Open or edit an email in Simplero
-
In the body section, click {} Variable → WebinarJam auto-registration link

In the pop-up/modal, select the webinar you want

Click Insert link
A link will be added to your email (usually showing the webinar name/date/time). You can edit the link text—just don’t break the URL behind it.
Important note: Only future-scheduled webinars show in the list. Past webinars won’t appear.
Optional: Getting Registrants Into Simplero
Simplero’s WebinarJam integration is one-way (Simplero → WebinarJam registration links).
If you want WebinarJam registrants to automatically appear in Simplero, use one of these:
Option A: Use Zapier (automatic)
Option B: Export/Import (manual)
