Import List from Keap / Infusionsoft

Note: Keap's user interface may have changed from the time we wrote this manual. If you see something different, email support@simplero.com with screenshots and we’ll be super grateful!

If you're looking to export your contacts from Keap and import them into Simplero follow the easy steps below.

1. Log in to your Keap account

2. Go to CRM and choose Contacts
   
   

3. Check Select All*
   
4. Click Actions and then Export
   
   
5. Choose the fields that you want to export
6. Choose CSV file format
7. Choose the delivery method (email or download)
   
8. Click Process and then OK, got it  on the pop-up window
9. This will send a file to your email or download the file

10. Go back to Simplero and follow the steps in this guide to add subscribers by uploading a CSV file.

*If you want to only export some contacts, you can select a saved search or click on New Search to choose new criteria

That's all! 

You'll receive an email notification to confirm the import was successful.
