Password Security

To change your password

1. Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login
2. Once you've logged in successfully, select the Profile tab
   
   
3. Select the "Security" tab
   
   
4. Type in your Current password, your New Password, and repeat the new password
   
   
5. Click the Change Password button to save

Please note that Simplero will no longer know your new password and will not be able to remind you of it in future. The person whose Simplero account you are a member of will be able to send you a new password if you forget this one.   

Two factor authentication

1. Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login
2. Once you've logged in successfully, select the Profile tab
   
   
3. Select the "Security" tab
   
   
4. Scroll to the bottom to the Two-Factor Authentication section and click the Enable two-factor authentication button
   
   
5. You will be taken to the Two-Factor Authentication Setup screen and you will need to follow the steps given
   
   
   
   • Download and follow the steps in a Google Authenticator app for iOS or Android 
   • Scan the QR code with the app
   • Enter in the setup code provided by the app
   • Click the Verify button to complete setup
6. You will be given the backup codes so remember to save the backup codes provided to you in a safe place
