Managing Payment Information
Do you need to update your card information for a purchase you made from someone using Simplero?
- Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login
- Once you've logged in successfully, select the Content tab
- Scroll down until you see "Subscriptions" or "Purchases"
- Click on the purchase you want to manage
- On the right side of your screen, you will see the Product icon with a button below it to Manage payment
- You will be redirected into the Payment management screen. Should you have a past due payment you will be shown what is due and can pay the balance. Otherwise, you are free to update the payment information for when the next payment is due.
