Forgot Your Password or Simplero ID
If you have purchased a product from someone using Simplero and forgot your password, you can reset it using the "Did you forget your Simplero ID or password" link below the login form.  You could also reach out to the product seller. They will be able to send you a link to reset your password or an email with your user ID.  Send me a magic Login Link Enter your email or Simplero ID (user ID) and hit "Send me a magic login link" and the system will send you an email with a special link that when clicked, will automatically log you into your Simplero account.

Merge Multiple Simplero IDs into One
Have you purchased different products from different Simplero users and ended up with multiple Simplero IDs and accounts? Let's merge them for you to make things easier.  Log into your Simplero account here. Once you've logged in successfully, select the 'Have multiple Simplero IDs?' menu item Enter all the email addresses OR Simplero IDs (separated by comma) you may have used and click the Send confirmation email button We'll then send you an email to each address with a link that you need to click. When you've clicked ALL OF THE LINKS, go back to your Simplero account so you can execute the merge by clicking the blue button. Your Simplero ID going forward will be the one on the right.

Password Security
To change your password Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login Once you've logged in successfully, select the Profile tab Select the "Security" tab Type in your Current password, your New Password, and repeat the new password Click the Change Password button to save Please note that Simplero will no longer know your new password and will not be able to remind you of it in future. The person whose Simplero account you are a member of will be able to send you a new password if you forget this one.    Two factor authentication Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login Once you've logged in successfully, select the Profile tab Select the "Security" tab Scroll to the bottom to the Two-Factor Authentication section and click the Enable two-factor authentication button You will be taken to the Two-Factor Authentication Setup screen and you will need to follow the steps given Download and follow the steps in a Google Authenticator app for iOS or Android  Scan the QR code with the app Enter in the setup code provided by the app Click the Verify button to complete setup You will be given the backup codes so remember to save the backup codes provided to you in a safe place

Your Profile
Want to add a picture of yourself to your Simplero Profile? Or maybe update your information that is viewable in a member directory? You can update your Simplero profile simply and quickly from your account page.  Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login Once you've logged in successfully, select the Profile tab Under your Profile, you can... Your Account Page
From any screen in Simplero, you can access your account overview. Simply click on your picture in the upper right-hand corner.  A drop-down menu will appear and you can select... Your profile Your account Log out When you select "Your Account", you will be taken to your account dashboard. From here you will see a menu on the left-hand side: Admin Accounts - See the accounts you are an admin on Content - Access the Sites you have access to See your courses Review and manage your purchases Check the worksheets you have completed.  Receipts - See Receipts for your purchases Affiliate accounts - See affiliate accounts you are part of in Simplero Profile - Update your Simplero profile (including your name, picture, email, time zone, and language)

Updating your Email Address
It happens.  We all make a typo from time to time and sometimes our customers do it upon registering with us. But they can update it right away. Delete your Simplero account
There may be times when you want to delete your Simplero account. You have the ability to do so from your Simplero profile. You can do this if you want to execute your right to be forgotten. Please note that by doing this your user ID and password will be deleted and you will, therefore, lose access to everything you have purchased from all Simplero account holders, not just from one Simplero account holder. If you just want to have your contact information removed from a single account you will need to contact that account holder directly.  To delete your Simplero account follow the steps below: Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login Once you've logged in successfully, select the Profile tab Select the "Security" tab Scroll down and select the link: Want to delete your Simplero ID? Affiliate Accounts
Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login Once you've logged in successfully, select the Affiliate accounts tab  You will now see a link to any affiliate program you are part of.  Click on the image for the program you want to access and you will be redirected to the affiliate page associated with that program.  You can now see the links to share products, as well as transactional information resulting from you sharing your affiliate links.   Links Tab: The Links tab, if you scroll down to the bottom of the page will give you the links you are able to share. You can also generate a custom link if needed.  Purchases: When someone purchases a product through your affiliate link, it will show up on this tab. Charges: When a charge is made for a purchase through your affiliate link, it will show up on this tab. Payouts: When you have been paid out for for the commission you have earned, it will show up here. Settings: Here you can update your information including the account information for your affiliate payouts.

Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login Once you've logged in successfully, select the Receipts tab  Click on the number of the receipt you want to view. Once you do that you will see the receipt, including the product you purchased, the quantity, the amount, and how you paid.

Managing Payment for a Purchase
Managing Payment Information Do you need to update your card information for a purchase you made from someone using Simplero? Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login Once you've logged in successfully, select the Purchases tab  Locate the Purchased item and click on it On the right side of your screen, you will see the Product icon with a button below it to Manage payment You will be redirected into the Payment management screen. Should you have a past due payment you will be shown what is due and can pay the balance. Otherwise, you are free to update the payment information for when the next payment is due.

Managing an Email Subscription
Unsubscribing to an Email At the bottom of all your received emails, there is an "Unsubscribe or Manage Subscription" link in the footer. Click on that link and you will be redirected to a page where you can unsubscribe or resubscribe to a list.  Alternate option Alternatively, if you have access to a site from the person whose list you want to manage... Open the Site you have access to In the menu bar to the left, you will see 3 icon options Click on the Person and you will be redirected to a page about your activity in the site In the upper right corner, you will see your Notification email listed and next to it is a Change link where you can click then update the email address.  This will redirect you to a page where you can manage your list subscriptions for that account owner as well as the email address at which you get notifications.

Accessing a Web Archive of Emails
Occasionally an account owner will keep a web archive of all the emails they send to a list. (We do it here at Simplero).  If you want to access a previously sent email and didn't save it, it's simple to access it if the list/account owner keeps the web archive. Follow the instructions below to see if you have access Open the Site you have access to from that account owner (go to step 2) or click on the unsubscribe link in another email from that list. (go to step 4) If you clicked on the site in the menu bar to the left you will see 3 icon options. Click on the person and you will be redirected to a page about your activity in the site. In the upper right corner, you will see your Notification email listed and next to it is a Change link where you can click and then update the email address. If you clicked on the unsubscribe link in another email from that list, you will be redirected to a page where you can manage your list subscriptions as well as the email address at which you get notifications. If there is a web archive of the emails, the list name will be a blue hyperlink. Click on it and you will be redirected to a page with a list of all emails archived for that list.

How to Cancel a Subscription
The purpose of this guide is to demonstrate how to cancel a subscription that you purchased. 1. Go to your list of Simplero purchases here: https://simplero.com/purchases/previous  2. Find the subscription purchase you would like to cancel and click on the green button:   3. Click the red "Stop your subscription from renewing..." link on the right side bar -  4. Complete the reason for cancelling and select the red "Cancel Auto-Renew" button.  Your subscription is now cancelled.  You will now see something like this and you can use the red link to renew the subscription again if you change you mind.  If the account owner has any automated messages setup to deliver on cancellation you would receive those.  NOTE: If you need further help cancelling or changing your subscription, you'll want to reach out to the company where you made your purchase.

Upgrade/Downgrade your Subscription
If your Subscription allows upgrading or downgrading your plan, below we walk you through the steps you need to follow to see your options and change your subscription. 1. Go to your list of Simplero purchases here: https://simplero.com/purchases/previous  2. Find the subscription purchase you would like to change and click on it:   3. Find your options on the right side bar, select the new plan and click on Change plan: Note the payment schedule details above the 'Change plan' showing how much you would be charged right away (Today), when is the following payments scheduled for and if there's any prorated credit as a result of the change of subscription plan. Changes of subscription are processed right away (as opposed to at the end of your current subscription period).

NemID Authentication Of Purchases
This is only relevant for Danish customers, and will therefore be written in Danish It's recently been forced into usage, that all online purchases must be verified with a double authentication through an app on your phone, that confirms your identity. If you do not live in Denmark, nor have a Danish bank account, this will not be relevant for you. Sådan bruger du nøgleapp’en Før du kan bruge nøgleapp’en, skal du først have den aktiveret. Det har NemID lavet en guide på her: https://www.nemid.nu/dk-da/kom_i_gang_med_nemid/nemid_nogleapp/aktiver_nogleapp/  Nets har indført at der skal gøres brug af 3D-Secure ved hver enkelt online transaktion.Dette betyder, at det ikke længere er muligt at bruge dit nøglekort, og at du skal anskaffe dig nøgleapp’en på din telefon. Her er hvordan du foretager dig et køb igennem Simplero. Først skal du ind og udfylde de informationer der er nødvendige, på produktet du vil købe:   Herefter trykker du på ‘Continue’. Accessing an Opt-in Gift from a List I joined
Sometimes when you subscribe to a list you are given access to content. This could either be an E-Product such as MP3, MP4, PDF, etc. Or it could be access to a membership site where you will find a preview of one of the courses or other content.  Accessing the E-Product is very simple. When you confirm your subscription you will promptly be redirected to the Thank you page where you will find the E-Product(s) and are able to download them.  You may also receive an email from the account owner with a link to the content. You will want to save this URL or email for the future in case you need to access the content later. Should you not have the URL or email, simply email the account owner and they will be able to resend you the content.   If the opt-in was access to a membership site you can go to your account page Click on Your stuff tab.  You should see the Sites listed. Simply click on it and you will be re-directed to the site. You can bookmark this URL for future access. If the site requires a user ID and password you will receive an email from Simplero with that information. Should you forget it or lose that email, simply email the account owner and they can resend it to you.

Accessing a Product I Purchased
Products can come in 2 forms: An E-Product such as an MP3, MP4 or PDF or A Membership Site An E-Product Accessing the E-Product is very simple. When you complete your purchase you will promptly be redirected to the Thank You page where you will find the E-Product(s) and be able to download them. You may also receive an email from the account owner with a link to the content. You will want to save this URL or email for future in case you need to access the content at a future time.  Should you not have the URL or email simply email the account owner and they will be able to resend you the content.  A Membership Site If the purchase was access to a membership site you can go to your account page by going to the website of where you purchased the product, click your little icon in the top right, and then on your name This will take your to your Content tab, which is where you can see everything you have access to on your Simplero profile. You can also find it here: https://simplero.com/purchases We recommend bookmarking the for easier access. If the Site requires a user ID and password, you will receive an email from Simplero with that information. Should you forget it or lose that email simply email the account owner and they can resend it to you. If the product you purchased is a subscription you will still find it under the Contents tab until it expires.  After it expires, it will be listed but tell you your subscription has expired. At the top you can see the different options you have access to.

Accessing a Membership Site
Did you purchase a product that gives you a access to a membership site that you need to access or manage your emails for? To access... Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login Once you've logged in successfully, select the Purchases tab  Locate the Purchased item and click on it On the right side of your screen, you will see the Membership sites To access the membership site click on the Membership site Image To manage your emails for that product scroll below the site icon and you will see the question "Do you wish to receive emails for this product?" Choose Yes or No

Denied Access to Content You Purchased or Subscribed to
Why can't I access the content I purchased? There are two reasons you may have been denied access.  First, if the access to the Site was purchased via a subscription the subscription may have ended and you will need to contact the account owner about how you can renew. Second, if you have fallen behind in your payments for your purchase payment plan or subscription your access will be denied. The denied screen should have redirected you to your payment management screen but if not you can access it via your account page.

Membership Site Notifications
Managing Membership Site Notifications As a course participant, you can control your notifications within a membership site.  Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login Once you've logged in successfully, select the Your Stuff tab  Locate and click on the Membership site In the upper right-hand corner, click your picture and select the Notifications option from the drop-down list You will now see the Notifications screen where you can control notification on each item within a site. You also have the ability to control notifications from a specific Blog post or Forum post see below.  Notifications on a Blog or Forum post To control the notifications on a blog or forum post, simply click on that post and in the upper right-hand corner next to the title you will see a drop-down option that says the following. Click on it and select the notification setting you want. Once you have done this, this setting will now appear in the notification screen mentioned above.

Taking a Quiz
Taking a Quiz and getting your score is pretty straightforward in Simplero.  The quiz will appear just like a lesson within a course module in a membership site. If there is a timer to complete the quiz, we will let you know before it starts. And show you on each question how much time you got left. All quizzes are multiple choice. You will select your answer and then click the Check answer button When you have completed the quiz it will give you your score and there will a button with an option to retake the quiz.  Should you want to come back to the quiz at a later date to retake it, simply go back to the module and click on the quiz again.

Podcast Feature
Using the Podcast Feature You may have noticed at the top of your course overview a link that says "Consume this course as a podcast". This link allows you to add any media files you have access to in the course and listen to it in any Podcast App.  Accessing Podcast from a Web Browser or Phone Device Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login Once you've logged in successfully, select the Content tab and navigate to your Site. Locate and open the Course overview in your web browser. In the top course page you'll find "Consume this course as a podcast" You'll be redirected to the Podcast Subscription Page where you can choose which Podcast App you'd like to add this course to your feed. If your Podcast App is not listed on the Podcast Subscription page, you can copy the RSS file URL at the bottom and add it on any Podcast App feed manually :) For example, this is how it looks like on Player FM: Enjoy your Podcast! Note! Google and Apple podcast apps are very picky with content access. If the course content requires to login (is private) you might face some issues playing the recordings. We recommend trying a different podcast app in those cases.

Managing Notifications in a Space
Managing Notifications for a Space you access Open the Space on which you want to manage your notifications. Below the header image for the Space, in the menu bar to the right, you will see 3 icon options to click on.  The Notifications icon The Search tool Your Profile icon Click the Notifications icon (which looks like a little radio signal) From here you can click on what you want to follow or scroll to the bottom and select Manage notifications and you will be redirected to a new screen for what to follow in the Space. On the Follow Space screen, you have the option to follow everything, follow everything by staff, or not to follow anything.  Updating your Notification Email Open the Space on which you want to update your notification email 2. Below the header image for the Space, in the menu bar to the right, you will see 3 icon options Click on the Person and you will be redirected to a page about your activity in the Space In the right sidebar yo,u will see your Notification email listed and next to it is a red Change link where you can select and update the email address  This will redirect you to a page where you can manage your list subscriptions and the email address at which you get notifications At the top of the page where you see your email listed, you will see a blue link that says Edit name or Email. Click on this and it will make those fields editable.

Viewing Your Space Activity
Viewing and managing your activity in a Space Open the Space you have access to and want to manage In the menu bar to the left you will see 3 icon options to click on: Notifications Search Your Space Profile Select the little Person icon and you will be redirected to a new page showing your activity. You will see pages you've marked complete in the Space and any Posts and/or Comments you've made. You can also update your notification email.

Downloading Media (PDF, MOV or MP3) Files
Android Users  When downloading a Media (PDF, MOV or MP3) File, your files will go directly to your "Downloads" App.  Apple Users Unfortunately, iPhones don't allow downloading MP3's or other types of media files. We wish they did but they don't.  If you are using an Apple device, you will want to take a moment to check out these alternatives if you wish to download a Media File to your mobile device for storage (iPhone or iPad) and use at a later time.  The easiest way to download a file is to do so from your computer and drag the file to your iCloud (for PDF) or iTunes (for MOV or MP3) Files. When your iPhone or iPad has synced with your iCloud and iTunes, it will then be available to you on your phone.  However, if you are downloading the file directly to your iPhone or iPad, we have a workaround available to you.  First, you will need a 3rd party service, such as Dropbox or Google Drive (both have free entry levels with the option for upgrading to paid).  Find and install your desired App in Apple's App Store  On your iPhone or iPad device, open your file in Safari and click the link to the download:  The file will open in a new window with a "Share" icon at the bottom This will then open up all the apps you can "Share" the file to.   You will want to select your chose App (Google Drive or Drop Box)  Once you save the file to your Application, the file will be available to you when using the app on any of your devices (iPhone, iPad, Laptop, etc) Please Note that you will need to use the internet to access the files.  Apple Paid App We also hear great reviews about Documents by Readdle which can be downloaded here. Simplero Mobile App (iOS and Android)
   The Simplero app makes learning from Simplero creators on the go simpler and more accessible than ever. Easily access your entire library of Simplero purchases and content, track your progress, and grow wherever you are. We are constantly improving the Simplero app. Today, you can: View any courses and lessons from your favorite Simplero creators Add new comments, reply and react to everyone’s comments. Track your progress and sync your progress with Simplero on the web Download content for use when you don’t have a good signal or don’t want to stream video AirPlay content to any AirPlay compatible device And much more to come! Login page Once you've downloaded the app, enter your username or email and password then click on Log in: Your Simplero Stores  The left menu icon will open a side bar showing all the stores you have purchased/signed up on through Simplero: Your Sites and Courses within the Simplero Store Here you can find all the sites you have access to on the Store you just chose.  You can navigate through them to access the courses on each of the sites: The side bar menu on each of your sites, allow users to navigate to other pages of the site, in addition to their courses. We currently only show pages that are on the site navigation. Lessons and Quizzes Download the course or individual lessons to have them available on your Simplero App while offline using the top right 'download' icon.  Mark lessons as complete and check the comments added to the lesson, then navigate to the next lesson using the arrow icons at the bottom. Have any quizzes? Submit your answers and get an immediate verification check!    App Settings and Download Folder From the Home Screen, you can find the Settings and Download folder on the top bar. Settings   In Settings you can change the theme to dark mode and adjust the video download quality, and logout. If you'd like to Logout, find the option at the bottom of the Settings view ⬆️ Download Folder Access the downloaded courses from the Store Home page. Note: this is V1.0 of Simplero's App.  Limitations Currently, you won't be able to edit comments/posts posted on the mobile app from the web and vice-versa. Visiting a page on the app is the same as visiting the URL from a browser, so if you have set any global triggers, they will fire. For things that are natively implemented in the app though (e.g courses), if you've got a trigger that's fired when the course URL is visited, then that one won't be fired. Same applies to embedded content through the lesson source. It will show up on site pages but it might not on course lessons through the App.
