If you have purchased a product from someone using Simplero and forgot your password, you can reset it using the "Did you forget your Simplero ID or password" link below the login form.  You could also reach out to the product seller. They will be able to send you a link to reset your password or an email with your user ID.  Send me a magic Login Link Enter your email or Simplero ID (user ID) and hit Login with magic link and the system will send you an email with a special link that when clicked, will automatically log you into your Simplero account.  

Have you purchased different products from different Simplero users and ended up with multiple Simplero IDs and accounts? Let's merge them for you to make things easier.  Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login Once you've logged in successfully, select the Edit profile next to your profile picture Once inside your profile page, select Have multiple Simplero IDs? under your profile picture Enter all the email addresses OR Simplero IDs (separated by a comma) you may have used and click the Send confirmation email button We'll then send you an email to each address with a link that you need to click. Go to your email and click the link. Once you click the link, you will be directed to a page to confirm the merge. Click the blue button "Merge these Simplero IDs" to complete the merge.  Your Simplero ID going forward will be the one on the right

To change your password Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login Once you've logged in successfully, select the Edit profile next to your profile picture Select the "Security" tab Type in your Current password, your New Password, and repeat the new password Click the Change Password button to save NOTE! Simplero will no longer know your new password and will not be able to remind you of it in the future. The person whose Simplero account you are a member of will be able to send you a new password if you forget this one.

Want to add a picture of yourself to your Profile? Or maybe update your information that is viewable in a member directory? You can update your profile simply and quickly from your account page.  From any of your Sites, click on the user menu: Your dashboard Hovering over your profile card, click on Edit profile. From the profile tab, you can...  Update your name, email, Simplero ID, bio, and add a picture of yourself Privacy Settings: For all sites - Hide your member card, location, and time zone on membership site directories. As well as manage or disable Chat settings: For specific sites - Control who can message you via chat for each one of the sites. Enable / Disable your visibility (so other members of the site can or cannot find you) Enable / Disable your location  (so other members of the site can or cannot see where you are located) Enable / Disable the chat  (so other members of the site can or cannot connect with you. Note: This can also be disabled by the administrator of the site so even if you have it active you might not be able to connect with others) Update your time zone and language settings Don't forget to click the Save Changes button when you're done

From any site in Simplero, you can access your account overview. Simply click on your picture in the upper right-hand corner. A drop-down menu will appear and you can select... Your profile Your dashboard Theme: Light, Dark, or Auto (Note: Auto will use the settings on your device)  Log out When you select "Your dashboard", you will be taken to your account dashboard. From here you will see the option to edit your profile: You will also see a menu on the right-hand side: You will see the following items on the menu: This site: All the items in this section are specific to the site you are currently on Favorites - The items that you save as favorites as explained in this guide. Playlists - Your created playlists as explained in this guide as well as any playlists that your vendor has shared with you History - A list of the lessons you have recently visited Manage notifications - Manage your membership site notifications as explained.  This vendor: All the items in this section are specific to the person/company that the site belongs to. We call this, your "vendor" Other sites - Will show you other sites of the same account that you have access to  Spaces - This will only show if the account you are on have spaces activated. Otherwise it will not show.  Content files - Access a gift or product you purchased. See this guide for more Worksheets - Access and update your completed worksheets. See this guide for more. Manage email subscriptions - Manage your email subscriptions, unsubscribe from your list or manage your GDPR consent for any email lists from your vendor. Check this guide to learn more.  Affiliate accounts - Are you an affiliate of an account? Check your affiliate dashboard and details as explained in this guide. Points - This will show any points or credits that you have been gifted or have bought  Order history - Check your order history and invoices for any purchases you have made in this account. Check this guide to learn more   At the bottom of any site dashboard, you will see a link to your Global Simplero Dashboard. Have a look at this guide to understand the difference. 

The Global Simplero Dashboard allows you to have an overview of all the accounts you have access to inside Simplero. Either as an administrator or as a customer.  To access it...  At the bottom of any site dashboard, you will see a link to your Global Simplero Dashboard: You can also access it by heading to https://simplero.com/dashboard What's inside? Once inside your Dashboard, You will see: Your History - the latest lessons you have accessed. Click on any lesson to access it.  Your Simplero Accounts / Admin accounts - All the accounts you are an administrator of. Click on any account to access the administrator dashboard. Vendors - All the Simplero accounts you have bought products from. Click on any vendor to access the dashboard for that account.  Sites - All the sites you have access to. Click on them to access the site. 

It happens.  We all make a typo from time to time.  You can update it right away. You will need to follow the steps below:  Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login Once you've logged in successfully, select the Your dashboard and then edit Profile https://simplero.com/profile/edit Under your Profile, scroll down to the Email field and update the email Don't forget to save the changes! WARNING! - If you want to have access to your content using the new email, changing the Simplero ID will not suffice. Contact the account administrator to help you.  They will need to follow the steps in this guide to make sure you get the right access and receive the emails in the right email address. 

There may be times when you want to delete your Simplero account. You have the ability to do so from your Simplero profile. You can do this if you want to execute your right to be forgotten. WARNING! By doing this your user ID and password will be deleted and you will, therefore, lose access to everything you have purchased from all Simplero account holders, not just from one Simplero account holder. If you just want to have your contact information removed from a single account you will need to contact that account holder directly.  To delete your Simplero account follow the steps below: Log into your Simplero account: https://secure.simplero.com/login Once you've logged in successfully, select Your Dashboard and then Edit profile (or go to https://simplero.com/profile/edit)  Select the "Security" tab Scroll down and select the link: Want to delete your Simplero ID? Confirm your desire NOTE! - If you ever had a Simplero account linked to your Simplero ID, you will not be able to delete your ID. Please contact support if that is the case.

Access Your Affiliate Dashboard Log into the site Once you've logged in successfully, select Your dashboard Under This Vendor click on Affiliate account You can now see the links to share products, as well as transactional information resulting from you sharing your affiliate links.   Under the summary information, you will see a list of links you can share to earn a commission on that programme. You can click on the clipboard to copy and share!  You can also generate a custom link if needed. This allows you to create your own links that will set a tracking cookie on your customer's side and associate the selling to you: Affiliate Link Pro Tip! Notice how all your affiliate links end with "48122-Olga-Maso-Garriga"? The only part we really use for tracking is the number (48122), so if you prefer, you can change the stuff after the hyphen to anything you want. Or you can remove the hyphen and what comes after it completely and just use the number alone. Edit Affiliate Account Information To edit your affiliate information, click on the icon next to your name: You will then be able to edit your name, email, tax information, payout information, and more! Check Transactional Information You can check more details on the transactional information by clicking the arrow next to sales: You will then be able to see details on: Purchases: When someone purchases a product through your affiliate link, it will show up on this tab. Charges: When a charge is made for a purchase through your affiliate link, it will show up on this tab. Payouts: When you have been paid out for the commission you have earned, it will show up here.

Go to your account and click on the profile picture and then Your dashboard Once you've logged in successfully, scroll down and select Order History You will then see three tabs: Purchases: Where you will be able to see all the purchases for that vendor, view them and manage them.  Invoices: Where you will see a list of all your past invoices. You can click on the invoice number to view it.  Future installments: A list of all the future installments and subscription payments for that vendor

Managing Payment Information Do you need to update your card information for a purchase you made from someone using Simplero? Go to the vendor's site Click on the profile picture on the top right side and then Your dashboard Once you've logged in successfully, scroll down and select Order History You will then see three tabs. Click on Purchases where you will be able to see all the purchases for that vendor. Click on Manage You will be redirected to the Payment management screen. Should you have a past-due payment you will be shown what is due and can pay the balance. Otherwise, you are free to update the payment information for when the next payment is due. 

Unsubscribing from an Email list At the bottom of all the emails you have received, there is an "Unsubscribe or Manage  your preferences" link in the footer. Click on that link and you will be redirected to a page where you can unsubscribe or resubscribe to a list.  Note: If you click Unsubscribe it will only remove your from one specific email list. If you are subscribed to more than one list for the same person, you will need to click on manage your preferences. Manage my Email Preferences You can access your email preferences in two different ways: Option 1 - At the bottom of all the emails you have received, there is an "Unsubscribe or Manage your preferences" link in the footer.  Option 2 - Go to your account and click on the profile picture and then Your dashboard Then select Manage email subscriptions Once you access your email preferences using one of the two methods above you will see a list of all the lists that you are subscribed to for that account.  From here, you can: Unsubscribe from one specific list by unticking that list Unsubscribe from All current subscriptions and/or Revoke GDPR consent- This will unsubscribe you from all emails sent to the person's lists. You should still receive emails related to your product purchases and content.  Never email me again - This will unsubscribe you from ALL emails sent by the Simplero account administrator (except the transactional emails).  WARNING! - If you choose this option, you might not receive emails linked to products you have purchased. Are you sure that is what you want? 

Occasionally an account owner will keep a web archive of all the emails they send to a list. (We do it here at Simplero).  If you want to access a previously sent email and didn't save it, it's simple. (Note: This is only if the list/account owner keeps the web archive. They can deactivate that option) Follow the instructions below to see if you have access: Go to your account and click on the profile picture and then Your dashboard Then select Manage email subscriptions This will open a page showing the lists you are subscribed to. The lists that have the option to see archived emails will show as hyperlinks that you can click on: If you click on the list, it will show a list of all emails sent to you on that list:

Notes: Cancelling is only possible before the due date of your payment. After that, you will need to contact your vendor directly.  If your purchase had a minimum commitment time and this hasn't passed, you won't be able to cancel  To cancel a subscription that you purchased... Go to the vendor's site Click on the profile picture on the top right side and then Your dashboard Once you've logged in successfully, scroll down and select Order History You will then see three tabs. Click on Purchases where you will be able to see all the purchases for that vendor. Click on Manage You will be redirected to the Payment management screen. Click the red "Stop your subscription from renewing..." link on the right sidebar: 4. Complete the reason for canceling and select the red "Cancel Auto-Renew" button.  Your subscription is now canceled.  You will now see something like this and you can use the red link to renew the subscription again if you change you mind.  If the account owner has any automated messages set up to deliver on cancellation you will receive those.  NOTE: If you need further help cancelling or changing your subscription, you'll want to reach out to the company where you made your purchase. 

If your Subscription allows upgrading or downgrading your plan, follow the steps below: Go to the vendor's site Click on the profile picture on the top right side and then Your dashboard Once you've logged in successfully, scroll down and select Order History You will then see three tabs. Click on Purchases where you will be able to see all the purchases for that vendor. Click on Manage You will be redirected to the Payment management screen. Find your options on the right sidebar, select the new plan, and click on Change plan: The payment schedule details above the 'Change plan' showing how much you would be charged right away (Today), when is the following payments scheduled for, and if there's any prorated credit as a result of the change. Changes of subscription are processed right away (as opposed to at the end of your current subscription period).

Products or Gifts can come in 2 forms: An E-Product such as an MP3, MP4 or PDF or A Site where you will find a preview of one of the courses or other content.  Accessing the E-Product is very simple. When you confirm your subscription you will promptly be redirected to the Thank you page where you will find the E-Product(s) and can download them.  You might also receive an email from the account owner with a link to the content. Go to the vendor's site Click on the profile picture on the top right side and then Your dashboard Choose Content Files if you are looking for files or Sites if your gift is access to a site or course : This will show you a list of the content files / sites for the products that you purchased Click on View Done! If your gift or site is not showing, contact your vendor to make sure you have been given the right access. 

Did you purchase a product that gives you access to a membership site? To access... Go to the vendor's site Click on the profile picture on the top right side and then Your dashboard Choose Sites: You will see a list of sites that you have access to: Click on the Site you want to access

Why can't I access the content I purchased? There are two reasons you may have been denied access.  First, if the access to the Site was purchased via a subscription the subscription may have ended and you will need to contact the account owner about how you can renew. Second, if you have fallen behind in your payments for your purchase payment plan or subscription your access will be denied. Contact your vendor for more information

Viewing and editing a completed worksheet Go to the vendor's site Click on the profile picture on the top right side and then Your dashboard Scroll down and click on Worksheets You'll find a box for each worksheet you've filled out Select the one you want to view/edit Make changes if you desire and hit the blue Save button

Managing Membership Site Notifications As a course participant, you can control your notifications within a membership site.  Inside your membership site, in the upper right-hand corner, click on the Notifications bell. This will show you all your notifications. Click the gear icon to personalize notifications You will now see the Notifications screen where you can control notification on each item within a site. This controls both email notifications and the ones inside the site (when clicking the bell icon). On that page, you can also control each group forum individually: If you prefer, you also have the ability to control notifications from one specific Blog post or Forum post. See below.  Notifications on a Blog or Forum post To control the notifications on a blog or forum post: Click on the three dots on that post (upper right-hand corner). Choose to "notify you about new comments” (if you are currently not being notified) or “Stop notifying me about new comments” (if you are currently not being notified). This will override the general settings for this specific post. Notifications on Course Comments Do you want to manage the notifications on course comments? Go to the course you want to manage notifications for Click on the bell icon to receive notifications for it Now the course will show on your Notifications page and you will be able to adjust your preferences Note! In order to manage notifications for a course from the notifications page you will need to follow the course first. 

Taking a Quiz and getting your score is pretty straightforward in Simplero.  The quiz will appear just like a lesson within a course module in a membership site. If there is a timer to complete the quiz, we will let you know before it starts. And show you on each question how much time you got left. All quizzes are multiple choice. You will select your answer and then click the Check answer button When you have completed the quiz it will give you your score and there will a button with an option to retake the quiz.  Should you want to come back to the quiz at a later date to retake it, simply go back to the module and click on the quiz again. 

Using the Podcast Feature You may have noticed at the top of your course overview a link that says "Consume this course as a podcast". This link allows you to add any media files you have access to in the course and listen to it in any Podcast App.  Accessing Podcast from a Web Browser or Phone Device Navigate to your Site Locate and open the Course in your web browser. On the top course page, you'll find the podcast button You'll be redirected to the Podcast Subscription Page where you can choose which Podcast App you'd like to add this course to your feed. If your Podcast App is not listed on the Podcast Subscription page, you can copy the RSS file URL at the bottom and add it to any Podcast App feed manually :) For example, this is how it looks like on Player FM: Enjoy your Podcast!  Note! Google and Apple podcast apps are very picky with content access. If the course content requires login (is private) you might face some issues playing the recordings. We recommend trying a different podcast app in those cases.

In this guide...  Favorite Lessons Playlists Favorite Lessons Save your favorite lessons to be able to access them in one click! Navigate to the course overview and click on the heart icon next to the lesson name 🖤 To find lessons you’ve saved as favorites under your profile menu in the top right corner: Go to the vendor's site Click on the profile picture on the top right side and then Your dashboard Then click on favorites Playlists Playlists in Simplero allow you to organize and save your favorite content in a structured way.  To add a lesson to a playlist, click on the playlist icon next to the lesson. Then choose if you want to add it to an existing playlist or if you wish to create a new one: To find your playlists... Go to the vendor's site Click on the profile picture on the top right side and then Your dashboard Click on Playlists Click the three dots next to the playlist to make it public or delete the playlist.  Warning! A public playlist will show for all the members of the site You can also change the playlist name by... Click on the Playlist On the right hand site, hover over the name of the playlist and click the edit pencil icon:

Login page Once you've downloaded the app, enter your username or email and password then click on Log in: Your Home page The bottom left Home icon will take you to your Home page where you’ll find your Pinned sites, Pick up where you left off lessons, and Recent sites you’ve visited. All Your Sites within Simplero Click on the middle icon at the bottom nav bar. Here you can find all the sites you have access to in Simplero.  You can navigate through them to access the courses on each of the sites: The sidebar menu on each of your sites shows the site navigation items. Click on the three lines in the top right corner to access it: Lessons and Quizzes The course main page shows the description at the top, progress, and search bar, then the lessons overview: The lesson page gives you the option to display the transcript, add the lesson to a playlist, and mark it as favorite. Have any quizzes? Submit your answers and get an immediate verification check!    App Settings To access your settings page click on the bottom right button in the nav bar which shows your profile picture. Limitations To use background playback on Android make sure to set the battery use on the application settings to unrestricted.

Viewing and managing your activity in a Space Open the Space you have access to and want to manage In the menu bar to the left you will see 3 icon options to click on: Notifications Search Your Space Profile Select the little Person icon and you will be redirected to a new page showing your activity. You will see pages you've marked complete in the Space and any Posts and/or Comments you've made. You can also update your notification email. 

Managing Notifications for a Space you access Open the Space on which you want to manage your notifications. Below the header image for the Space, in the menu bar to the right, you will see 3 icon options to click on.  The Notifications icon The Search tool Your Profile icon Click the Notifications icon (which looks like a little radio signal) From here you can click on what you want to follow or scroll to the bottom and select Manage notifications and you will be redirected to a new screen for what to follow in the Space. On the Follow Space screen, you have the option to follow everything, follow everything by staff, or not to follow anything.  Updating your Notification Email Open the Space on which you want to update your notification email 2. Below the header image for the Space, in the menu bar to the right, you will see 3 icon options Click on the Person and you will be redirected to a page about your activity in the Space In the right sidebar yo,u will see your Notification email listed and next to it is a red Change link where you can select and update the email address  This will redirect you to a page where you can manage your list subscriptions and the email address at which you get notifications At the top of the page where you see your email listed, you will see a blue link that says Edit name or Email. Click on this and it will make those fields editable.
