Email Library

Adding an Email to the Email Library

  1. Select Automation from your Simplero Dashboard
  2. Select the Email Library tab 
  3. Select the + Write new email button at the top right corner

  4. Complete all fields just like you do in a Broadcast or Autoresponder and click the Create library email button to save.

Copying an Email you've previously sent to the Email Library

  1. Select Communication from your Simplero Dashboard
  2. In the Broadcasts tab, locate and select the email you've sent to open the information screen
  3. In the information screen, scroll down to the bottom right side and click the Clipboard icon (Copy email body)

  4. Follow steps above for Adding a new email to the email library
  5. In the Body section of the new email, select the Source code button found in the toolbar

  6. Click in the box, right click and select Paste

  7. The copy of the email body should appear in the Source code box
  8. Click the OK button to save


Editing an Email in the Library

  1. Select Automation from your Simplero Dashboard
  2. Select the Email Library tab 
  3. Locate and select the email you want to edit
  4. Click the Edit hyperlink in the top corner of the Basic info box or the Email box

  5. Make the changes and click the Save changes button


Using the Email in your Library

You have 3 options for using the emails that are in your email library.

Option 1- Generate a Broadcast

  1. Select Automation from your Simplero Dashboard
  2. Select the Email library tab
  3. Locate the email you want to send and click on the Envelope icon to the far right side of the email name

Option 2- Add Email to Automation

  1. Select Automation from your Simplero Dashboard
  2. In the Automations tab, locate and select the Automation name you want to add the email to or create a new automation
  3. Add a step to the automation and complete the fields as follows
    • Step type option - select Action from the drop-down list 
    • Do this - select the Templated email from the drop-down list
    • Which email - locate the email from the drop-down list
  4. Click the Save changes button


Option 3- Send Email via trigger

  1. Add the trigger where desired and complete the fields as follows:
    • When this happens - select from the drop-down list
    • Do this - select the Templated email from the drop-down list
    • Which email - locate the email from the drop-down list
  2. Click the Save changes button
