Branding helps a company stand out from its competitors. It creates a unique identity that sets the company apart and makes it easily recognizable in the market. A strong brand helps customers distinguish a company's products or services from others, leading to increased visibility and competitiveness.

In Simplero, you can set up themes with your branding, choose your colors and logos, design your own email templates and opt-in form designs, choose your greetings, and others.

You can also install Google Analytics Tracking Codes, implement Google Tags, and Track users with TikTok Pixel.

Places to Change Colours, Graphics, and Custom Fonts
Colors Your Style guides determine colours used across your Simplero account in different areas. In your sites, we will use the site Style guide. Simple. But what about other places that don't belong to any site, like broadcasts or worksheets? In those cases, colours are pulled from your Account default style guide: You can turn any of your Style guides into the Account default by hovering over the style guide card and clicking on 'Make default'. Logo You can upload 2 versions of your logo, for white and colored backgrounds: Fav icon Used on the browser tabs and bookmarks across your whole account. Email logo Used on any automated emails sent to your customers like notifications, invoices, etc... Email Templates - Changing the colours here will show in the emails you send out to your customers via templated email through: Triggers Automation Thank you page Custom Fonts In the Custom fonts page you can upload your own fonts so they become available in your Style guides, emails and pages builder to pick from! Go to your Settings - Custom fonts Click on +Add a new custom font. Give it a name and click Ok. Upload the font files using the button on the sidebar panel: Go to the upload tab and drag your font files inside of the media file dialog: You can edit the weight and type each of the files should be used for (we normally do a pretty good guess!). That's it! Your font is now available in your style guides and pages builder!

Nerdy Stuff: Modifying the Liquid Code in Themes
Themes use a templating language called Liquid 🤓 It provides control structures, variables, and other functionality for HTML, CSS, Javascript, and any other text based file. Our documentation on theme code can be found on our GitHub Repository.  Liquid code is originally created by Shopify, and their documentation is a great starting point. If you have any questions or need further support regarding Liquid, feel free to create an Issue on our GitHub Project.

How to Install Google Analytics Tracking Code
In this guide, we will explain the steps to install Google Analytics on your Simplero website, membership site, and course pages so you can view the traffic (and other data points) for visitors.  The easiest way to do this is to use our Google Tag Manager Integration. See the manual here. It is more user-friendly and easier to install. If you prefer to install it yourself, you can follow the steps below. If you already have a Google Analytics account for the domain you want to track, skip to step 3.  Step 1- Setup Your Google Analytics Account  https://analytics.google.com Step 2 - Click "Create New Property" in Google Analytics.  Select Web Traffic. Then enter all your website details.  Step 3 - Embed the Code Into Simplero Copy the website tracking code from Google Analytics. Here's How to Find Your Google Analytics Tracking ID. Select the Settings gear icon from the top right corner of your Simplero Dashboard. Choose the Tracking Tab Insert the tracking code: That's it! You're now tracking visitors to your website, membership site, products, all pages. You can view the data back in analytics.google.com.  Should I put the tracking code in the header or body? Header Placement Loading Timing: Placing the tracking code in the <head> section of your HTML document, typically just before the closing </head> tag, ensures that it is loaded early in the page loading process. This means it is among the first resources to be fetched by the user's browser when they visit your website. Benefits: Header placement ensures that the tracking code is loaded before any page content, which can provide more accurate data on user interactions, pageviews, and initial session data. It is suitable for tracking general user behaviour and pageviews. Drawbacks: While loading early has advantages, it can also lead to a slight delay in displaying page content to the user, especially if the Google Analytics server experiences delays. This can result in a small performance hit for the user. Body Placement Loading Timing: Placing the tracking code at the bottom of the <body> section, just before the closing </body> tag, loads the tracking code after the page content. This prioritizes loading the visible content of the webpage before the tracking code. Benefits: By placing the code in the body, you prioritize a smoother and faster user experience because the page content appears more quickly. Users can start interacting with your site without waiting for tracking scripts to load. Drawbacks: Tracking code placed in the body may capture fewer initial user interactions, especially if visitors navigate away quickly. This can potentially lead to slight underreporting of pageviews and session data in Google Analytics. How to enable e-commerce tracking? Sign in to your Google Analytics account with your username and password. Click Admin on the bottom right of your screen. Go to the View column. Find E-commerce settings from the list. Toggle the Enable E-commerce to on. Press save and return to the main screen. Any questions? Shoot our support team a message at support@simplero.com and we’ve got you covered 💪

Choice menus
Included in Simplero plans:  Skyrocket. See plans here. Choice menus let you create a guided flow for customers to change their subscription plan. Instead of losing them right away, you present options — like downgrading, pausing, or continuing at a higher or lower plan. You will need to: Create a choice menu Connect the menu to a subscription product Step 1 - Create a choice menu Go to Settings → Marketing Settings → Choice menus Click New choice menu Give it a name, an optional intro text (shown before the options), and an optional asset (intro media like an image or video) Click Create choice menu Click on +Add Option. For each option, you will need to add Title — the label the customer sees and taps Description — a short explanation of what this option does Action — what happens if they pick it: Do nothing — just record their choice Upgrade or downgrade — they pick a different price Upgrade — pick a longer price Downgrade — pick a shorter price Downgrade to the shortest cheaper price — they'll confirm the switch first Pause — they'll confirm and give a reason first. You can give them options on how long they want to cancel for Cancel — they'll confirm and give a reason first Then... Choose what the customer sees after picking an option: Show default result — the manage purchase page (for purchase actions) or a success message Show a custom message — your own rich text Redirect to a URL — any page, scheduling link, or order form Go to another choice menu — continue to a nested menu for more options 6. Add as many options as you need — a solid retention flow typically has at least 3 (e.g., Downgrade, Pause, Cancel). Step 2 - Connect the menu to a subscription product Go to your subscription product → Options tab Under Self-service options, turn on Show a custom choice menu  Pick the choice menu you just created Now, when a customer clicks "Cancel your subscription," they'll see your choice menu options instead of an immediate cancellation.
