Alright. So we are going to cover the scheduling links. When you go into it, so it is content and then scheduling links. You can have your availability presets. You can start that ahead of time, or you can go right into your scheduling links.
0:16
When you go into the availability, presets, you can have, like, working hours, and you can set that so that it is specific hours that will automatically apply to any scheduling links that have it pulled up.So you can change this. You can add a reoccurring range, maybe you want to have on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. You have 9 to 5, but maybe we want to have this as 10 to 3 Wednesdays Thursdays. So you're able to have a difference of the scheduling links, in terms of the availability.
0:60
So you can have that set.We can save that. You can have multiple availability presets. You can go in and you can add them here. You can create new presets, and then we'll do test 1.
1:18
Let it load. There we go, and then you can just set it up like that.So that way you can easily plug and go as you are creating your scheduling links. You can have one that you are the owner, but you can also change the owner, for other people, in terms of those scheduling links. So if we go in so right now, I have no available scheduling links for myself.
1:39
I can even go here, and we can go into create a scheduling link.As you're creating it, you're gonna want a name. This is a new link. You can add your description, and then you can always update that later. And then you can always override the booking form title.
2:00
Once we start, we can select how much or how long you want it to be.The day fall is the 25 minutes, but you can do 30 minutes. You can do all the way up to an 8 hour length, and then you can have it a individual type, round robin, and collective. Now when you're creating the individual type, you can be the owner, but you can also create it for other people to be the owner as well. This is really beneficial in terms of if you are creating scheduling links for other people in your account, maybe you have lots of admins, whoever is the owner of that scheduling link, they're gonna be able to link their calendar to it.
2:38
Now so that's the individual. You can do round robin. So it's gonna pull together everybody's links, and it's gonna assign based off who's available. And then you can do collective. So collective would be, whenever everybody is available, and it would add it everybody to that event.
2:55
So we're gonna go into individual.Let it think.Alright.So you can have your name. This is what's gonna show up on, the name of the link that everybody else is going to see, and then you can have your internal name.
3:12
So this is what you're going to see.You can have your description here.Again, you can do that override default booking form title, so that way you can have it let's say, this is a different title.Let me save that. And then when you go here, you can go here, and you can see right here, this is a different title.
3:39
So that's what that title does right there, is it just does it for this pop up.Now we'll go back.So this is where those, availability presets are beneficial. So you can have already these existing, availability presets in terms of what you want to be available for others to book, or you can also do a custom availability.Maybe it's a one off availability that you have for customers and, you don't want it to be reusable.
4:08
That's where the custom availability can be really beneficial.Otherwise, we can go into, like, our working hours. You're gonna be able to create events on your calendar. So right now, we only sync with Google Calendar. So if we were to click connect another Google Calendar, you'd be able to select that there.
4:27
Now it is gonna pull from your profile settings. So if we go into, one second.Alright.So if we go into your profile, then you can go into scheduling.Scheduling, you can select what your default calendar is, after you've obviously synced with your Google account right here.
4:42
And then you'll be able to have a setting for account right here. And then you'll be able to have a setting for your scheduling link.So set your default bookings, to be overridden on a per link basis, and then you can do, the default title for you would be this. And then you can also do a automatic buffer. So when you're booking an event you can have an automatic buffer of 5 minutes before events and after events.
5:12
You can set your minimum notice, and you can also limit how far in the future someone can book.So maybe you only want someone to book a week at a time or what have you, you could do that here. And this is for your personal scheduling links. Now if we go back, you can also do those same things here in the override defaults. So you can override the buffer for this event.
5:37
Now it's already gonna have, like, your buffer, but you can add an additional. So you can do 10 minutes, 15 minutes, what have you, for each event. You can override the minimum notice. So if you would like, you can have, you know, 60 minute minimum notice. You can have it even further.
5:56
Maybe you like to have your calendar more, you know, set ahead of time.Again, you can limit how far in advance, someone can book. You can override the if somebody can cancel or reschedule the event. So we can go here.We can go here.
6:15
Oh, when you override it, you're gonna allow scheduling and canceling anytime, or any of these increments, and you can also do never. So if you don't wanna allow someone to reschedule or cancel an event once it's booked, you can select the never. You can also force whether or not it is mandatory for them to give a reason. This is really awesome in terms of why somebody would potentially be, you know, not showing up for their call or what have you.So you can just do it and make it mandatory.
6:48
You can override the event title. So this is gonna be what shows up on, like, their Google Calvin. You can change this on what it's gonna show.We have these personalized options, so it's gonna automatically pull. You can put your scheduling link name, your name as the organizer, the first name, email, and then you can also do the scheduler.
7:10
That's the person who's booking with you, and then as well as the event time.Again, you can also do this disallow rescheduling, and put a message here.So if you put over here, override when someone can cancel or reschedule, it's essentially a different way to do it, but instead this is going to be a message for someone. You can limit the number of upcoming calls per contact. So if you wanted one person, to only book once or twice or what have you, if they use the same contact information they would not be able to book again.
7:46
We can also limit how many events can be created per period. So if you only want to have, let's say, 2 per day, 3 per week, and 6 per month.Once you have that many scheduling links booked in that period, then they're not gonna be able to create further ones. They'd have to go on to the next period. You can link automations directly.
8:13
Now this is really exciting and really awesome.I love this edition because a lot of people use the automations, to be able to send out reminders. So if you have that reminder automation set up, you can go in and you connect it right here.So you can have them, you know, start and stop based off of their scheduling link. Now if somebody cancels or reschedules, it will automatically, stop the existing automation.
8:42
It does not automatically start a new automation flow, but at least it stops the original one.You can do this redirect to a custom URL after booking. This is a lot like the list or the products, things like that where you can redirect them once they're done booking.Whether it's a custom thank you page, or one that I've seen that I really like is doing a survey. You can add additional info in the event description or the calendar invite.
9:12
So, this would be what shows on the calendar itself. So you can insert it, you can do your scheduling name, the organizer name, any of this information. You can also append custom fields onto the event description. So now this is where that's going to come in and be beneficial is if you add a custom field to be filled out on the scheduling link, you can do, like, a radio button or a checkbox or, let's see, a text field. If you add any of these custom fields onto this for them to fill out, you can append that right on the event description.
9:50
It's helpful in terms of if you have somebody fill out information and you want to look at it before, the call or what have you, you can go in and look at that.Right now, we do have a couple different location options. So we have none, Zoom, where it's gonna be automatically on Zoom if you have Zoom integration. You can do Google Meet. This one's pretty cool, I think, because it creates a Google Meet URL when that's done, or you could do, like, a custom URL if none of these are relevant.
10:24
And then this is, again, you know, this is linked to your Google Calvin settings. So this is where you're gonna select where you see for conflicts. So as you can see, I have loads of different ones that I can select from based off what's linked to my Calvin. But, based off of your Google Calendar, you can look for conflicts as well.As you can see, I have lots of conflicts.
10:45
And then we can also collect payment. Now this, I get really excited for, because you can have a product, and as the product is set up, you can use it for multiple different ways.I totally geek out over this stuff, but you can link the product with it.So if we were to go, let's find a cheap one. We'll do this one.
11:08
Once you've linked that product to the scheduling link, you're able to charge people before they can book successfully. So once we're happy with that, you can do show free slots. So we can see all these different free slots. You can overlay the calendar, which we can see I'm busy. And then, also, before I forget, you can go here and you can actually change the URL.
11:35
So right now, this is taking on my main site's URL, but then you can change the slug for this.So scheduling, like, if I can type. There we go.Alright.So then we're gonna go here just so we can kinda see what it looks like and let it think.
11:60
Alright. So now that we have the calendar all ready, let's see.Alright.Right.So you're gonna have the time zone is gonna be here.
12:09
So it's automatically going to try to pull up, but you can always change it.So maybe your browser is showing a different time, you can go in and change it right there.Once you've gone here, your members that are gonna end up booking with you are gonna be able to overlay their calendar. So you can overlay Calvin, but then you can see all of the different free slots that are available.Anything that is not available is gonna be gray, and then the, white space is gonna be what is available.
12:41
When you go into, when your members go and try to book, there should be a pop up.So let me see if I can get it to show.Maybe not because it's right here. But if we didn't have, you know, one this week, it would give you a pop up that says, jump to the next available link, or booking, and then it'll book there. So once we go here so I'm just going to put my name here.
13:15
Alright. So now you can see that it's booking here. This has that different title than what is over here, and we can schedule. Now since we have saved the oh, I forgot to save.Always gets the best of me.
13:35
But at least we can go in and see what the events look like.So now that we have the events created, you can see that this is one of the scheduling links that is created. If we click here, we're able to see it also in our events. So you can reschedule or cancel it, and we can change whether or not we wanna allow them to reschedule, and then you can also see the participants. So you can see where they registered at, who's gonna be there.
14:03
So there's me, and then there's me again.Alright.So let's go back and try again.Okay.So now that we've done that, 1.
14:26
It's gonna think.Alright.So now since I have, that product added to it, this is what it's going to look like.So I'm gonna be able to go in, and have somebody purchase this before, it will confirm that they are added. So let me just add in some information quick so you guys can see.
14:54
We're gonna do the symbol price, and then we're gonna do we'll just do this. This is not my real card. Please don't try to change it.Seal it.It's not gonna work.
15:12
And there we go.So we'll complete the purchase.Of course, it's not gonna work. We'll do bank transfer and then continue.Alright.
15:28
So now that that is pending, we'll go here.Manage purchase. And I'm just gonna register that payment. And it's gonna think.Alright.
15:49
And then we'll go back. And as you can hear, all of that is working again. So it's gonna send you the information. It's gonna show you that you have all of this, in one second.Alright.
16:04
So this is what it's gonna look like as an admin. You're gonna see so and so scheduled an event using your scheduling link. It's gonna have the information. It's gonna tell you the scheduling link, who's attending, when it is.And then if we go to our calendar, you can see that it's already loaded up on our calendar.
16:23
As a user, you'll go here.So it's gonna show you that this is a event, invitation that you're gonna go, and it's gonna show here.So since I just tested that twice, it's gonna show it again. But, that's essentially the gist of scheduling links.I also I I really think that there's so much that you can do with it.
16:51
Let's see.I think the only thing I've also forgotten is triggers. So in the overview of a scheduling link, there is the option to add triggers directly to it.This would be in terms of if an event is scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled, and then you can do different activities essentially like any other triggers, inside of Simplero. So there's a lot you can do it, and it's really great in terms of doing, like, those 1 on 1 meetings, and having that Google Calendar to, you know, book with is really awesome.
17:27
You can also go in and manage these. So if we can move this, select these, I can cancel it.I can change who the organizer is, and I can add labels. So if we cancel them, my thing is gonna go berserk because I just canceled 2.It's gonna think.
17:58
Alright. So those canceled, and then we can go in and see that they are canceled over here. You can also see past ones.So if they are not ones that are already showing, or coming up, then you'll see them on the past ones as well.So that's essentially the gist.
18:16
Feel free to reach out if you guys have any other questions.
