Integrating a Simplero Signup Form onto another Site

If your main website is hosted with Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix, or some other provider it's fairly easy to integrate a Simplero Signup flow onto that site.

Then users can fill out a form using your Wordpress design and be added to your Contact list in Simplero.

Here's how it's done (using Wordpress as an example).

  1. Select the List in Simplero you want to add the users to and then select Signup forms

  2. Create a New Signup form then select "Raw HTML Code"

  3. Select the checkbox for the fields you want to capture off to the right.

You should now see HTML code that looks like this -

<form action="https://simplerosupport.simplero.com/optin/i9aJzCdFWMVcATftznZgqB3d/110991" method="post"><img src="https://www.suprt.ml/F/110991" width="1" height="1" alt="." />
<p>Name: <input type="text" name="first_names"></p>
<p>Email: <input type="email" name="email" required="required"></p>
<p><label class="simplero-gdpr_consent">
<input name="gdpr_consent" type="checkbox" value="1">I agree to receive marketing</label>
<br><input type="hidden" name="gdpr_consent_text" value="I agree to receive marketing"><input name="submit" value="Yes, I'm in!" type="submit" class="simplero-submit"></p>
</form>
