Can I talk to some references?

I've pretty much decided to use Simplero, and the last step is to have a conversation with a couple people that have been using the platform for more than a year. Is anybody willing to jump on a zoom call to show me how you use it, and talk about your experiences?

For context, we are a 1-to-1 coaching practice that is trying to grow into a 1-to-many company. We deal with a lot of executives, and high-performing sales people. They have a low tolerance for friction, and often move so fast they have a hard time following even clearly laid out instructions.

Hey @Robert Gillette , I'm a Support Specialist with Simplero.

Once you create an account, you can get a 14 day trial to really get to checkout the system. With that, we offer a 30 minute demo call for all new accounts that you can hop onto a call with a support staff member to answer questions. We also host twice a week Q & A calls which you can register at simplero.com/live-q-a ;

In terms of granting access when paying outside of Simplero, you can use the 'free' product option as shared above. You can also add people to a list or an automation and give them access to courses that way as well. Once someone is given access to the a site (where the course is hosted), it will automatically generate a login email for them with their Simplero ID and password. Feel free to reach out in a support ticket if you have additional questions ❤️

"...often move so fast they have a hard time following even clearly laid out instructions. "

That made me chuckle because a lot of my clients skip instructions, too.

I'm not sure how much time I'd have to chat as I was just sick and am still 'catching up,' however I will say these 3 things about Simplero:

1. I switched to Simplero in late 2019 and have never looked back. I calculated then that Simplero saved me at least 40 hours a year and only cost me about $200 more than I had been paying for hosting my own site. In my research I looked at the top handful of all-in-one platforms, and Simplero's many users in Europe and the aesthetic generally tipped the balance for me. It's all quality over quantity here, and that's what my clients appreciate.

The reality is that Simplero has saved me far more than 40 hours a year, because Simplero never gets in the way. Simplero is the catalyst for the things you want to do.

2. Simplero is feature-rich, customer-/user-oriented, responsive, and there is no bloat to it. This is invaluable. It sounds like your clients also don't go in for bloat.

3. You can make Simplero incredibly complex by using every single bell & whistle, or you can keep it simple. I've chosen to keep it simple and several of the customer assistance reps have helped me do so. There are few companies who even understand the concept of simplicity, and at Simplero it's the operating system.

Bonus point: My clients LOVE the "magic login link," and I think your clients will, too.

@Nicole Warner , thank you. How difficult is the account creation process for people if I wanted to do it manually? We have to manager payments from our accounting platform, and no one can sign up until they've paid there. Upon payment, I'll have to manually create accounts in platform, and send notifications to each individual number. Is that even possible?

The end result I'm looking for is that one of my members would receive only one email to sign up (or maybe even just  set their password), and then they would have access.

@Robert Gillette I'd definitely ask customer support on the easiest way to do that, however it sounds like there are a couple of options:

  1. Have people pay in Simplero instead, which will automatically create a login for them. You can use many different payment methods in Simplero.

    1. Then you do your accounting on the back end, and your customers only ever see your site on Simplero and not the accounting software.

  2. You'd keep your accounting software, but manually set them up in Simplero with a "free" purchase (ask customer support more about this).

    1. When they leave, then you'd then have to manually cancel their purchase.

  3. You might be able to set all of this up with Zapier. I've never used it, but it sounds like a use case for it.

I highly recommend you start with the free trial https://simplero.com/ and then play around with a few things. The experience you'll have is worth more than any comment I could write. :)

@Robert Gillette You could create a "free" product and send that link out to the people and they will be able to sign up on their own.

Is that what you mean?

I love Simplero and have transitioned from 1:1 to 1:many using Simplero. That's what it's so great at!

@Robert Gillette I'd be happy to jump on Zoom with you but I'm unavailable for the next 12 days.

@Deb Blum sending a free product seems to be what I'm looking for. I just want to make sure that the process is simple from that point. For instance, I have a Wix website now and it's a seven step process to create an account. Several back-and-forth emails between the platform and the user. Too many people get stuck in the process.

It's important to me that signing up for the platform is convenient for each user.

I'd love to jump on a Zoom and chat whenever you're available. Feel free to drop a scheduling link, or or if you prefer you can use mine.

@Robert Gillette I grabbed time on your calendar.

I'm pretty confident that it's super easy. Like, add your name and email, click and Simplero sends an email with the login user name and password.
