Submitting an Idea or Feature request for Simplero

Updated Mar 1, 2026

Simplero is built on customers' requests.  We love to respond to your needs with the features that will enable you to succeed in your business.

Of course, we have to prioritize and balance the time our Developers spend on projects in ways that will move the needle the farthest for the most customers.

Submitting Feature Requests

To help us, please submit your ideas or feature requests to our ideas board on our Community site:

Searching and upvoting other ideas

Before you submit a new idea, search if your idea is already there!  It’s most valuable to add your vote by adding a comment or reacting to the same idea. The more support for an idea we receive, the more likely we will look at it sooner!

For every idea on the board, you will see the title, the actual idea, the stage, the number of votes, and the comments:

Click on the number of votes to upvote or comment on the idea if you want to give more details or explain your specific context related to that idea.

Meaning of Request Stage

  • In Progress: A task that is actually and actively being developed.
  • Planned: Will be built after tasks in progress have been completed.
  • Under Review: Requests that have been nominated to be discussed. A decision has not been made yet.
  • Open: Every other task that doesn’t fall under the states above.
  • Done: It's been implemented! Yay! 💕
  • Closed: The idea will not be implemented. Either because the feature already exists or for some other reason.
  • Unclear:  The product team needs more clarity on what the idea is.

If you have any follow-up questions on a submitted feature request or are unsure whether an issue should be submitted on this board, please reach out to Support for further advice.
