If your Subscription allows upgrading or downgrading your plan, below we walk you through the steps you need to follow to see your options and change your subscription.
1. Go to your list of Simplero purchases here: https://simplero.com/purchases/previous
2. Find the subscription purchase you would like to change and click on it:
3. Find your options on the right side bar, select the new plan and click on Change plan:
Note the payment schedule details above the 'Change plan' showing how much you would be charged right away (Today), when is the following payments scheduled for and if there's any prorated credit as a result of the change of subscription plan.
Changes of subscription are processed right away (as opposed to at the end of your current subscription period).
