In July 2025, Simplero switched email sending services. If you haven't yet, make sure to update your email sending records to make sure your email continues to be delivered!
Locate the domain you want to verify. You will see many records:
The ones that show "Sendgrid" will show as verified - Don't delete those ones! They will need to stay there until we fully make the change.
The rest will show mostly unverified
Log in to your domain provider (this is the company that you bought your domain from) and find the page where you can edit the records of your domain. This might be different for each provider.
Step 2 - Verify the records
Now we will add each one of the records that show unverified in Simplero to your domain provider. Note: If your domain was verified before, you will need to modify the SPF record and add 4 new CNAME records
Locate the SPF record on your domain provider and click to edit.
Copy the new value from Simplero and paste it there. You can use the copy icon inside Simplero to make your life easier!
Note: If you use other platforms to send emails, make sure you use a combined SPF.
Add the 4 new CNAME records one by one. It should be a matter of simply copying and pasting each one.
Copy the name and value in Simplero
Paste it in your domain provider records
Do this 4 times - One for each record.
If your DMARC record was not added before, we recommend you add this and verify it as well.
To do this, click on Set up DMARC
Then copy and paste the records. Just like you did in the previous step!
DONE!
Now you will need to wait up to 24 hours for your domains to show as fully verified. You can use the check domain option to keep checking!
Option 2 - Move all your domain records to Simplero
This is a new option. You can point your domain’s nameservers to Simplero and thus never have to worry about DNS record changes again, for both your email sending and your website.
If you do this, we’ll handle your records for you from then on. Again, this affects both your email sending and your website.
To do it yourself, click the icon by the domain on the email settings page and follow the instructions in this guide
Option 3 - Verify your sender email (if you don’t use a custom domain)
This is the least preferred option and really best only for people who don’t have a custom domain. For example, if you only send through Gmail or Hotmail.
Go to the email settings page and click the ‘Resend email’ option next to the sender's email
You will then get an email that you need to click on.
