Manage Survey's Responses and Summary

Review Survey's Responses

Navigate to the Survey page >> Responses tab.

You’ll find all submitted responses, including their survey answer,s for a quick overview:

You will see a list of all your respondents and a column per question. You can choose and reorder columns on the top right side:

You can also download the responses by clicking on the three dots on the top right side:

Note: We use Altcha (similar to Captcha) in surveys. This is to help prevent bot submissions. 

Survey Summary

Once you have received responses to your survey, you will see a summary tab. In there, you will see an overview of:

• Survey views
• Starts (customers that started the survey)
• Submissions
• Completion rate
• Average time to complete

Under that, you will see a summary of your survey responses:

• Graphs for each custom field that support multiple responses. On the top right, you will be able to choose between a table, a pie chart, or a bar chart
  
  
  
  
• Statistics for number fields
  
  
• The responses for text fields. You can click on the bottom right corner to get the AI to summarize the responses
  
  
  

Send Survey Responses in an Email

Maybe you want to send a customer their responses to your survey via email. Well, you can!

Just follow these steps:

1. Select Contacts on your Simplero Dashboard

2. Choose Surveys from the dropdown menu

3. Select the survey you want to grab the answers from

4. Click on the first question in the survey and press + Key on the right column that slides in:
   
   
   

5. This will open up the Interpolation key section where you can add a word (like radio or radiobuttons) to serve as the “Key” for this question:
   
   
   

6. Now go to your email and paste {{field.interpolation_key}} wherever you want to display the answer to that question.

7. Replace interpolation_key with the Key you chose for that question - for our example above, {{field.interpolation_key}} would become {{field.radiobuttons}}

8. Repeat steps 4-7 for each question in the survey.

Et voilà! Now if you send the email to someone who filled out the survey, it will populate their answers in each Key automatically.
