Images on Order forms

When editing the order form for a product, there are several ways to show images. The most important image is the product card image, which is set in the Configure menu of the product. The recommended size for this is 16:9 aspect ratio, with a minimum size of 800 x 450 pixels. 

The product image appears on the right-hand side of a computer. The product card image is also used as an icon for the product on the customer's account page.

Order form view on a Computer:

On mobile phones, the product image is not displayed.

If you prefer to have an image on your mobile order form, you can create a landing page using the order form as an element and add the image to it.
