You can collect testimonials in three ways:

  2. From the submission link – customers submit testimonials using your unique form link

  3. From a page – customers submit testimonials using a form embedded on a page

As an admin

  1. Navigate to Content → Testimonials.
  2. Click Add a testimonial in the top right.
  3. Fill in the testimonial details:

    1. Author details and image

    2. Testimonial text

    3. Star rating

    4. Product (optional)

    5. Date

  4. Then click on create testimonial.
  5. Turn On the Live toggle to make it visible to your clients on the testimonials page.

Share a submission link with your customer

  1. Go to Content → Testimonials.
  2. Copy your testimonial submission link from the top right corner of the page header.
  3. Share the link. It opens a testimonial submission form on your main website.

Once submitted, the admin can Turn On the Live toggle to make it visible to your clients on the testimonials page.

From a Page (Testimonial Form)

Use this method when you want customers to submit testimonials directly on a webpage (2.0 builder only).

  1. Go to your page
  2. Click Add Element.

  3. Select Testimonial Form.

  4. Configure the Form in the sidebar

    1. Choose which product the testimonials

    2. Choose what happens after they submit the form

    3. Your contacts can then see and fill out the form when visiting the page.

Once submitted, the admin can Turn On the Live toggle to make it visible to your clients on the testimonials page.
