At the End of This Lesson
You will be able to view and manage all your contact conversations (Email, SMS, and Simplero Chat) in one place inside Simplero.
Find all the Conversations with One User
- Go to Contacts -> Interactions

- In the left sidebar, you will:
- See a list of all conversations in the account
- Spot unread messages
- Search for specific conversations
- Mark conversations as favorites
- Filter by unread and favorite messages
Reply or contact the user with Interactions
- Click on any conversation to view the full message history with that contact.
- Choose the channel that best fits your message. - Inside the conversation, you can respond using:
- Reply back or reach out through any of the available communication channels: Email, SMS, and Simplero Chat.
Manage deals from the conversation
On the top right, you can:
- Select a pipeline
- Create a deal linked to the contact
- Open pipeline settings or view deals in a new tab
