Use Email Inside Interactions

1. Go to Contacts -> Interactions
   
2. Click on the conversation in the left sidebar
3. Start a new email by clicking on the @ icon
   
   
4. (Optional) Reply back to an email using the Reply icon under their response:

We will automatically set the subject of your reply at the bottom, which you can edit by clicking on it.
