Simplero Coach

Locate the Simplero.Coach on the top right of your Simplero admin dashboard’s header. The ‘New conversation’ button will start a new interaction from scratch: You can change which LLM you prefer to interact with: You can choose what writing style you’d like the responses to be in, or create your own custom style:

The more you interact with the Simplero.Coach, the more it gets to know you and gets you what you need. You can add content from your Simplero account to your conversation so AI can answer questions about it.  In addition to that, you can also feed it with external content. The external content is called a Source. In this guide: Add Content from your Simplero account to your conversation Add an External Source Add Content from your Simplero account to your Conversation To add content to your conversation: Click on the far right button to see added sources Click on Content - then drill into a site to view its forums, groups, and courses. Click the @ symbol next to a resource to attach it to your conversation, so the AI can answer questions about it. You can also: Start a new conversation about this source - Click it to open a brand-new conversation with that content pre-attached — great for exploring a topic without cluttering your current chat. Favorite or pin it so you can easily find it in future conversations Add an External Source Click on the far right button to see added sources, then click on +Add Source: You can: Enter an URL: for example, a YouTube video. Simplero.Coach will be able to read the transcript and extract valuable information from it for you. Plain content: directly paste whatever content you have copied from somewhere else. Upload files: PDFs, docs, spreadsheets… Reference a source in your AI chats If you want to include that source in the question you are about to ask, you can directly paste a reference to your added sources on the current conversation by clicking on its name or on the @ symbol: Star and Archive your sources You can star important sources so they're always easy to find. After starring them, they will appear in a collapsible Starred section at the top of your sources list. You can also archive sources you no longer need in your main list without deleting them. Click Archived to browse or restore archived sources. Hover over any source to see the star and archive buttons,  You’ll also find other actions you can perform in the 3 dots button next to it:   FAQs Can I use Simplero Coach in my own language? Yes. The Coach is multilingual. Simply start the conversation in your preferred language, and the Coach will respond in that same language.

Every interation with the Simplero.Coach is saved for you to revisit at any time. Click on the top left sidebar icon to see them all. The Simplero.Coach will automatically generate a title for it based on the conversation content. When you hover over the conversations titles, you’ll see several options: Edit: the conversation name. Star: will add the conversation under the Starred section as well, so that’s easier to find them later. Archive: it removes it from the global list to reduce noise. You can still find it under ‘Archived’ section. Share: copy a sharable link to clipboard. Delete: removes it from the list completely. You can’t revert this action. You can also see the Simplero Coach in full screen by clicking on the link Open in new tab.

Import your AI memory Use prompts to export and import your existing knowledge from ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini into Simplero Coach. Go to Simplero.coach, click on your user dropdown > Import memory from other tool. Copy the first step prompt. Navigate to your AI tool, and paste the prompt. Copy the response given by your AI tool, and paste it in Simplero. Copy the follow-up prompt on Step 2, and paste it in your AI tool. Copy and paste the response in Simplero and click on Import Memory. Done! Edit your memory On your user dropdown, click on Edit your memory. Type or delete content right on the memory. It auto-saves changes.

Import it so they can start receiving the emails in the automation: Here’s our guide on how to do that 5. Add everyone on that List to the Automation Once all the above is done, add everyone on that List to the Automation when you are ready for the emails to start sending and people to start buying.  Go to the list  (or go to Contacts -> Lists to find it) Choose the subscribers tab Select the subscribers, Select action, and start automation This will prompt you to choose which automation and will start the subscribers automatically  Optional: Export Your Copy for Another Platform You can also take the page and email copy with you if you want. To do that: Go to the Source files the bot created for you - they are in the upper right-hand corner. Click the … next to each one Either Copy content or turn on the public links and grab those. If you want to use AI to build inside your Simplero account, the best option is to use Simplero Coach. Coach enables you to use many different LLMs If you can’t or don’t want to use Simplero Coach, you can connect your Simplero account directly to AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and more using MCP (Model Context Protocol). Once connected, you can ask the AI to interact with your Simplero account using normal language. For example: “Create a new tag called VIP” “Show me all my tags” “Find contacts who purchased my course” “Create a draft email campaign” "Show me my products.” The AI can securely access and work with your Simplero account after you approve the connection. Important! For MCP, as you are connecting with an external AI model, the privacy/confidentiality of what is shared will depend on that model's configuration. Use it at your own risk and check that model's privacy settings carefully.  What is MCP? MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard way for AI tools to securely connect to external apps like Simplero. Think of it as a bridge between your AI assistant and your Simplero account. How to connect Simplero to your AI Tool Using MCP Open your AI tool Find the MCP or Connectors section - This will vary depending on the tool you are using. Look for options such as: Add connector, MCP, Integrations, Tools, or Connected apps Paste the Simplero MCP URL into the Add connector field: https://mcp.simplero.com/mcp Log in to Simplero - Your browser will open Simplero so you can log in and approve the connection. Done! Once connected, you can begin asking the AI questions or giving instructions related to your Simplero account. The AI can only access your Simplero account after you approve the connection. Actions performed through MCP use your Simplero permissions and account access. 📋 What you need before you start Name — a short label you'll recognize (e.g. CRM, Calendar, Support Desk) URL — the MCP server address (usually starts with https://) Description — optional notes for your own reference Auth headers — optional JSON credentials from the MCP server provider Auth headers look like this: {"Authorization":"Bearer your-token-here"} ⚠️ Treat auth headers like passwords. Only paste them from sources you trust. ➕ Add an MCP server Open Simplero Coach. Find the Tools tab on the right sidebar: Click Add MCP Server. Fill in the details: Name, URL, Description, Auth headers (if required), and leave Enabled checked. Click Add server. Simplero checks which tools the server offers and stores that list for the bot. 🔄 Refresh the tool list Click Refresh tools when the outside service has added, removed, or changed its available tools. This re-fetches the current tool list from the server. ⏸️ Temporarily disable a server Edit the MCP server. Uncheck Enabled. Save. The server stays in your settings, but the bot won't use its tools until you re-enable it. ✏️ Edit or remove a server Edit when the URL, description, or auth headers change. Remove when you no longer want the bot connected to that service. 💬 How it works in conversations When a server is enabled, its tools are available to the bot. The bot decides when a tool is useful based on the conversation — no special commands needed. Just ask normally. The bot may not use a tool for every message. It uses them when they appear helpful. 🛠️ Troubleshooting Server won't save?
