AI Usage & Limits

Each Simplero plan has a set of AI credits included in your account for free.

You can buy AI credit used for transcripts, lesson descriptions generation, survey summaries,..etc on your Account Settings > AI Usage & Limits.

This credit is also used by your customers when they AI features like Bots.

Conversations initiated directly from simplero.coach aren't consumed from this limit.

You can also set up an auto top-up which will automatically add credit to your account when it reaches the set limit:

Set up a limit on the AI credit your customers can use for free (from your Account AI credit):

Once they reach the AI limit, your customers will see a warning and the option to Buy more credit for their own usage:

Additionally, you can set up your own AI credits to charge a markup on your customers' AI usage.

Make sure you have a Credits product set up on your account to process the payment.

Override the amount of available credits, and custom credit to charge, per Bot, or per Site in their settings:

Members can see their AI usage on the profile bubble at the top right corner > AI Usage:

They’ll have access to their usage history, buy more credits, and set up Auto Top-Up.

FAQ

When the customer limit renews, does it reset, or does any unused amount carry over?

• It resets, it doesn’t carry over unused credits.

When does the weekly reset happen?

• Rolling 7 days from the customer's first message

Where in the admin can I see how many AI credits each customer has actually consumed over a given period?

• In the Site/Bot > AI conversations tab: ‘Credits used’ column.

Roughly how many credits does a single query consume

• Its not possible to answer this. It varies wildly. Its a complicated system. Invoking a lot of different billling models. It depends on the input, attachments, attached sources, output length.
