Preferred Sender Program

We don’t allow spammers or any consistently low-quality senders to use Simplero, so you’re always in good company. For those who maintain an even higher standard of mail quality, there’s a Preferred Sender program that you can join. 

This is only for Simplero accounts that fulfill the following criteria:

• Correctly set up the email sending address
• At least 3,000 email deliveries in the last 3 months
• Email consistently opened by more than 20% of recipients
• Very low bounce and spam report rates
• Unengaged contacts tracking activated

Preferred senders share sending IP addresses only with other preferred senders, which means that over time, big mail providers will automatically trust those senders’ mailings as the sort of thing that their users consistently like to see.

Once you fulfill the above criteria, you can enable it in your settings - email settings. While enabled, we keep track of who qualifies monthly and automatically move you between pools. You don't need to do anything else.

Please note that when transitioning from one pool to another, delivery rates may be temporarily affected.
