• Site-level forum vs. Groups: forum is open to all site members; Groups (open/private/secret) allow more restricted, product-tied community spaces (e.g., "Coffee Chat" open group, "Inner Circle" secret group tied to a product).
• How to tie multiple pricing tiers/variants to different group access using triggers on product variants rather than directly on the product content tab.
• How the app mirrors the desktop/site setup, and how groups/forums/chat work identically in the app.
• Building pages (hero, sections, conditional restrictions by tag/product/list) and using the new page builder/drag-and-drop stacking view.
• Creating and connecting courses to sites, groups, event series, and products (including one-time purchase courses vs. subscription-included courses).
• Setting up events: restricting registration by product/tier, using automations to auto-register/cancel registration on purchase/deactivation, and why requiring registration (vs. no registration) is recommended for tracking and reminders.
• Customizing navigation labels, icons, and order; previewing the site as an admin vs. as a test end-user via incognito.
• Checking access setup via the "Access" tab on sites, courses, and groups to confirm triggers/products are correctly linked.
• Using AI tools (Simplero Coach, Claude/ChatGPT via integrations) to help build pages, and adding an AI chatbot to a site with custom sources (pages, courses, media, MCP servers).
• Moving or duplicating courses between sites, with a reminder to verify access settings after moving.
• Clarified white-label app vs. standard Simplero app (same content, multiple businesses accessible in one app), and confirmed multi-page site capabilities matching a standard website plus community-specific features (forum, groups, chat).
