Are you looking for a specific user in your account? Maybe you are looking for a specific broadcast? In the upper right-hand corner of your Simplero Dashboard, you will always see the Search field.
Test it out and type in the name of a person, or a few words you may have used in a subject line at some point and you will quickly see everything that meets that criteria pop up.
You can also narrow your searches by searching in specific areas of your account.
Select Contacts from your Simplero Dashboard
Select the All contacts tab
Simply type the name in the Search field
Select Sales from your Simplero Dashboard
Select the Purchases tab
Simply type the name in the Search field
The last option you have is to search within specific areas of your accounts and then save those filtered views or searches. This can be done pretty much in any area such as the Lists, Contacts, Support Tickets, Products, Purchases, etc.
Go to any of your pages (e.g. Products, Lists, etc.)
Either select the Filter or type the keywords in the Search field
If you want to save this Search/Filtered view, simply select the Save this view button and enter the name.
Give a name to the new saved view
Check this box if you’d like it to be private to your user or available to all admins in your account.
Save
You can replace an existing view instead of saving a new one.
Every table in Simplero shows a default set of columns depending on which info we might is the most common on each section (1). However, you can add or remove columns of data if you'd like too.
Click on Columns (2)
Use the checkboxes to choose which columns to have visible (3)
Drag the different columns up and down to modify the order they are displayed at (4)
Click on Update to save the changes
We’ve showed you how to save a view. Now you can also reorder them so you can choose which view to have available first whenever you visit the table.
Click on the right end ‘…’ menu >> Reorder views.
Drag the views up and down in the desired order, then save.
