Do you have a customer who mistakenly purchased the wrong product? Or maybe you are closing a product and want to move current participants to another product? or maybe you want to offer an upgrade and so you have set up a product for just that amount but want the participants to live in the product they are upgrading to. Depending on your reason will determine the course of action you take.
Option 1 is Automated via a trigger. This would be used when you are going to move every purchase in a product such as in the case of an upgrade.
1) Add a trigger to the product to purchase a product with out paying, and then select the product associated with the access level.
Option 2 You would set up and perform an action to a segment, selecting the same options as in the trigger screen of option 1. This option would be used if you are moving multiple purchase at one time that exist in the system. Such as in the case of closing a product and moving everyone to a new product.
Option 3 is to manually move a purchase. This would be used when there is a single purchase you need to move.
1) Open the purchase screen
2) Locate the purchase summary box at the top
3) Select the move button
4) Select the new product.
