Use Chat Inside Interactions

1. Go to Contacts -> Interactions
   
2. Click on the conversation in the left sidebar
3. Click on the S icon
   
   

4. When sending a new chat message, you will be able to pick the sender admin:

   

5. Type and send your chat message

Important!

Only Chat conversations initiated from Interactions will display on this page to make the interface cleaner.
