Media Files Settings
You can find the settings for your media files under Settings -> Media Files. The settings have different sections: Transcripts Automatically transcribe all new uploaded videos and audios: You can enable transcribing all your new uploaded content automatically. Choose your: Default language Main Transcription keywords: These are uncommon words likely to appear in videos and audios to be transcribed, for example, proper names, product names, place names, and industry-specific terms. Insert one term per line. Show auto-generated subtitles in player Default video subtitles (Closed Captions) to on: This is so videos show with subtitles by default Audio enhancement If you turn this toggle on, we will do a EBU R128 Loudness Normalization, which is the standard used in broadcasting to get you the best possible audio quality, regardless of the quality of the files you upload.  It will remove noise and improve the audio clarity in the new community experience. Attachments To limit the size of attachments that your members can upload to your account. For example, when submitting content through worksheets or in comments. Advanced settings If you turn the option on to automatically remove video media file revisions after 1 week , Simplero will delete your old video files after you decide to replace them. This is so they don't use space in your account.

Contracts
Create and manage Contracts that you want your customers to sign. This can be for joining your coaching program or an event. Click on ‘Add a contract’ on the top right and fill in the contract details: Once you’ve created the contract, you can then link it to any event where registration is required: You can also link contracts to products and require to have them signed by checking a checkbox on the order form, signing it before, or after payment.

NPS Surveys
Measure your members’ satisfaction using NPS Surveys! Super quick to set it up, yet super powerful to collect data about your members’ experience in your sites. Find it in your Account Settings > NPS Surveys on the Skyrocket plan only. Click on Create new NPS Survey. Give it an internal name and fill in the questions, score hints, visibility parameters, and notifications. Note that the eligible contacts we show the survey to are the ones: Logged in Not admins Once you have created the NPS Survey, you can go back to the Edit page from the top right corner: Create automatic responses Navigate to the NPS Survey > Edit, then scroll down to the Response templates section. Set the score range and enable the ‘Send automatically toggle’ to show further options: Randomize the time it takes to send an automatic reply: E.g suppose you set the delay to 10 minutes. One auto-reply might be sent after a 10-minute delay, another might be sent at 12 minutes, and another at a 15-minute delay. Basically any time between 10minutes (+/- 50%) - i.e 5minutes-15minutes Enable the NPS Survey on your Site Navigate to the Site > Configure tab and turn On the option to show NPS Survey on the Advanced Settings section. The Survey will now be visible to eligible members right at the bottom of all your site pages. How does the scoring work? People scoring 9-10 are called Promoters. People scoring 0-6 are called Detractors. Those in the middle are called Neutrals. The NPS Score is calculated as (Promoters - Detractors) / total responses. A score in the 50s and 60s is typically considered very good. For comparison here are some big company NPS scores from 2018: Netflix 64, PayPal 63, Amazon 54, Google 53, and Apple 49. Once you get your first responses, they will show up on the NPS Survey home page.

Facets
Facets are a powerful management tool for things like level, instructor, type etc. They give you and your members the ability to filter and search by facet. They are great for large libraries of content. Right now they are limited to support tickets tags, but in the future they will be able to be used across any type of object in the Simplero platform. They are located under Settings > Content > Facets: By default you will see there's a Facet already created that's used for your Support tickets. Adding Facets   Let's say you work with 2 different teams: sales and support. You can have 2 facets for each and have different values in each facet. Click on +Add a facet. Give it a name, and add internal notes to remember what this facet is used for. Now add value to the facet using the top right button +Add a value: Pick an emoji, give it a name, an internal description, and user description. Then click on Create facet value. Now wherever you add a Facet you will have the option to pick from your created facets and values. For example from the Support ticket page: And then filter by it on the Support tickets table: You can also use Facets to categorize products. Create a Facet called Product categories, then add values (categories) to it. Once you have the facet values added, go to your product catalog and add the facet value to the product: They will display on the Catalog view on the product card: Stay tunned for more use cases getting added across Simplero where you can manage your content and objects with Facets!
