The Right to be Forgotten is defined as the complete removal of a contact and all the data collected on them. We don't have the ability for account owners to delete purchases from their system, but we anonymize them when a contact with purchases is deleted.
These are the options currently available.

Delete the contact from the administrator side - You, as the account owner, can do a contact clean-up or go into an individual contact, edit, and then delete them. Be careful deleting a customer with active purchases. This will delete their access to those items. Both of these options will remove all contacts that are not actively subscribed, or have a purchase in your account.
- Once deleted, the purchase will still be visible, but it anonymizes the name of the purchaser. So you will still have true account records, just not the customer's name and email.
- After a contact is deleted, the information is anonymized 30 days after it has been deleted.

Delete their Simplero ID - Another option is for them to delete themselves. Be careful when suggesting this to a customer, because if they have purchased from other Simplero account holders, they will be removed from the system completely and no longer have access to the content they purchased from you or those other businesses.
In order for all their data to be removed from the system, both things will need to be done.
