Get notified when things happen in your account — a purchase, a new opt-in, a survey response, and more. You choose which events you hear about and where each one arrives: email, mobile app, or browser.
These settings are personal to each administrator of the account. For account-wide purchase, invoice, and credit note notifications, see Customize Your Invoice Settings and Notifications.
Members manage their own notifications inside each site — see Site Notifications.
Click your picture or name in the top right corner of the admin.
Select Notification preferences
The page shows one row per event type. Check the events you want to hear about
Purchases — someone buys a product. Renewal payments, failed payments, cancellations, and refunds do not send one.
Subscriptions — a new purchase starts a subscription. Purchases also covers these, so you get one notification either way.
Opt-ins — someone joins one of your lists, or joins one of your sites from its join page. Contacts added by an import, a copy, or a bulk API call do not send one.
Survey responses — someone submits a survey response. Responses marked as spam do not send one.
Testimonials — someone submits a testimonial on your site. Testimonials you add yourself or through the API do not send one.
Meeting room guests — someone is waiting in your meeting room, at most once every 10 minutes.
Choose where notifications arrive - Each event has three checkboxes:
Why can't I check a box?
Your admin role can't see the records for that event. The row tells you why — for example, "Your admin role can't see purchases." Ask the account owner to update your role.
Why did the Browser check box untick itself?
Your browser did not allow or support notifications. Allow notifications for Simplero in your browser settings, then check Browser again. A message under the checkbox explains what happened.
Why don't browser notifications appear?
Check that your browser allows notifications for Simplero. Then open Notification preferences and confirm Browser is still checked next to the event.
Why are the Browser check boxes disabled?
Browser notifications go to the administrator's own browser. They cannot be changed while someone is acting as this administrator.
