You’ll be able to let customers request and receive refunds automatically within a set time period, without manual approval.
Select Sales -> Products
Select the product from your list
Go to Settings -> Options
Scroll down to the Advanced
Turn on the Allow refunds within a certain period toggle
Choose:
How many days after purchase can a customer request a refund
Whether or not they have to communicate with you to get the refund over that period
If your customers want to request a refund for the purchase, they can:


NOTE! On the user's end, they can view content and listen to any MP3 or MP4 files from the content screen in their account. However, if you have restricted downloads, it won't give them that option until after the refund period.
