Manage Replies to Emails in Simplero

You'll know how to view email broadcast replies, review the conversation context, and take follow-up actions from within Simplero.

On This Guide

Before You Start

  • Enable Simplero to handle incoming email replies. - Without this setting enabled, replies to your broadcasts won't be collected inside Simplero

View Replies to a Broadcast

  1. Go to Marketing → Email Broadcasts.
  2. Open the broadcast you want to review.
  3. Click the Replies tab
  4. Click on a reply to open a side panel with
    • The campaign or broadcast to which the reply belongs
    • The exact email that was sent to that contact
    • The full list of replies in the conversation


Take Action on a Reply

Use the three dots menu next to a reply to create follow-up actions.

For example, you can:

  • Send an email
  • Start a chat
  • Create other actions available in your account

View the Full Conversation in Interactions

The Replies tab is useful when you want to review responses to a specific broadcast.

If you'd rather see the complete conversation history with a contact, you can use Interactions

Troubleshooting

  • I don't see any replies
    • Verify that Simplero is configured to handle email replies.

  • The Replies tab is empty
    • Confirm that recipients have replied to the broadcast and that reply handling is enabled.

  • I want to see the entire conversation
    • Open the contact's Interactions instead of viewing only the broadcast replies.
