Overview
Turn an existing HTML page into a Simplero landing page. Upload an HTML file or .zip, and Simplero builds a Builder 2.0 page from it.
The import brings in the images and fonts the page uses. It also creates a Style Guide that matches the design. The page starts as a draft, so nothing goes live until you publish it.
Accepted files: .html, .htm or .zip, up to 100 MB.
Creating One Page by uploading HTML
- Select Marketing → Landing pages & forms -> New Landing Page.
OR Go to Content -> Sites -> Choose your Site -> Pages -> +New page (if you want to create it inside your site)
- Choose Upload HTML file or .zip

- Pick your .html file
- The import runs with a progress bar. When it finishes, the page opens in the editor.
Alternatively, you can also drop the file anywhere on the pages list.
The page works like any Builder 2.0 page. Add sections and elements as usual — see Building Your Page Structure.
Multiple pages and full sites
- Select Marketing → Landing pages & forms -> New Landing Page.
OR Go to Content -> Sites -> Choose your Site -> Pages -> +New page (if you want to create it inside your site)
- Choose Upload HTML file or .zip

- Pick your .zip file with several HTML pages
- This will show every page it found. Check the pages you want to add and choose "Add the checked pages"

Create a full Site by uploading HTML files
- Go to your Content -> Sites
-
Drag a .zip or a single HTML file onto the Sites list. Simplero shows "Drop to create a Site" while you drag.
- The upload creates one published page for each HTML file.
- index.html (or the first page) becomes the home page.
- Links between the pages keep working.
- The imported pages bring their own navigation, so the Site's header and footer are hidden. Turn them back on in the layout editor.
- A Style Guide is generated to match the design.
